Abstract
【解決手段】樹脂部材としてのハウジング部7は、PPSをベース樹脂とし、炭素繊維を配合した樹脂組成物を射出成形することで得られる。ハウジング部7は、軸受内部に充填したエステル系潤滑油と接触する。この場合、ウレタン樹脂を含まない結着材で多数本の炭素繊維を結着させたものを切断し、切断により細分化された炭素繊維をPPSに配合することで上記樹脂組成物を得る。

Claims (5)
- 固定部材と、回転部材と、エステル系潤滑油と、エステル系潤滑油で満たされるラジアル軸受隙間と、ラジアル軸受隙間に生じるエステル系潤滑油の油膜で回転部材をラジアル方向に支持するラジアル軸受部とを備え、固定部材と回転部材の少なくとも何れか一方が樹脂部材を有する流体軸受装置において、
樹脂部材の、少なくともエステル系潤滑油に接触する箇所を、炭素繊維が配合されかつベース樹脂以外の樹脂成分としてウレタン樹脂を含まない樹脂組成物で形成したことを特徴とする流体軸受装置。 - 樹脂組成物は、エポキシ樹脂あるいはナイロン樹脂を含む請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- 樹脂組成物は、PPSをベース樹脂として含む請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- 固定部材と、回転部材と、エステル系潤滑油と、エステル系潤滑油で満たされるラジアル軸受隙間と、ラジアル軸受隙間に生じるエステル系潤滑油の油膜で回転部材をラジアル方向に支持するラジアル軸受部とを備え、固定部材と回転部材の少なくとも何れか一方が樹脂部材を有する流体軸受装置の製造方法であって、
樹脂部材を、炭素繊維を配合した樹脂組成物で形成するに際し、
ウレタン樹脂を含まない結着材で多数本の炭素繊維を結着させたものを切断し、切断により細分化された炭素繊維をベース樹脂に配合することで樹脂組成物を得ることを特徴とする流体軸受装置の製造方法。 - 結着材に、エポキシ樹脂あるいはナイロン樹脂を使用した請求項4記載の流体軸受装置の製造方法。
