Abstract
【解決手段】液晶が充填され、ガスが供給され、液晶に圧力が加えられる液晶容器402と、液晶容器402の下端に備わった液晶排出口を開閉するための開閉部(404、405)と、液晶容器402内に振動エネルギーを提供する振動エネルギー提供部(413〜416)とを含んで液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置を構成する。

Claims (20)
- 液晶が充填され、前記液晶に圧力が加えられる液晶容器と、
前記液晶容器の下端に備わった液晶排出口を開閉するための開閉部と、
前記液晶容器内に振動エネルギーを提供する振動エネルギー提供部と
を含んで構成されることを特徴とする液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置。 - 前記振動エネルギー提供部は、
超音波を生成する超音波発生器と、
前記液晶容器内に備わり、生成された前記超音波を振動に変換する変換子と、
前記変換子を前記液晶容器内に固定するための固定軸と
を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置。 - 前記超音波発生器は、周波数調節スイッチ及び電源オンオフスイッチを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置。
- 前記液晶容器を収容するケースをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置。
- 前記液晶容器は、ポリエチレンからなり、前記ケースは、ステンレス鋼からなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置。
- 前記開閉部は、磁性材料からなり、垂直方向に昇降自在となるように前記液晶容器内に配置される垂直ニードルを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置。
- 円錐状で形成された前記ニードルの終端は、前記液晶排出口に備わったニードルシート内に挿入される構成を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置。
- 前記ニードルの上側部には、前記液晶容器の上部に配置された弾性部材が挿入されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置。
- 前記弾性部材は、スプリングであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置。
- 前記ニードルシートの下端は、ノズル及びノズルカバーに結合されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置。
- 上部ケースが前記液晶容器の上部に締結され、ガス供給管が前記上部ケースに連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置。
- 前記上部ケースは、間隙調整部を有する磁性棒を備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置。
- 前記磁性棒は、強磁性物質または軟磁性物質からなることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置。
- 前記磁性棒の外周面には、ソレノイドが設置されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置。
- 前記液晶が噴霧方式で滴下されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置。
- 液晶が充填され、前記液晶に圧力が加えられる液晶容器と、
前記液晶容器の下端に備わった液晶排出口を開閉するための開閉部と
を備え、
前記開閉部は、磁性材料からなり、垂直方向に昇降自在となるように前記液晶容器内に配置される垂直ニードルを含む
ことを特徴とする液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置。 - 前記液晶容器内に振動エネルギーを提供する振動エネルギー提供部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置。
- 前記振動エネルギー提供部は、
超音波を生成する超音波発生器と、
前記液晶容器内に備わり、生成された前記超音波を振動に変換する変換子と、
前記変換子を前記液晶容器内に固定するための固定軸と
を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置。 - 請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置を用いて、超音波による振動により基板上に液晶を噴霧する段階を備えた液晶を供給するための方法。
- 請求項17に記載の液晶表示装置製造用液晶滴下装置を用いて、基板上に液晶を噴霧する段階を備えた液晶を供給するための方法。
