Abstract
【解決手段】 化学成分としてZrO2が87〜94重量%であり、Al2O3が1.2〜3.0重量%であり、SiO2が3.0〜8.0重量%であり、Na2Oが0.35重量%を超え1.0重量%であり、B2O3が0.02重量%を超えて0.05重量%未満であり、Al2O3とNa2Oの重量比が2.5から5.0であり、P2O5、CuOは実質的に含まれず、1500℃で1時間加熱した後でもジルコン(ZrSiO4)が析出しない高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物。

Claims (5)
- 化学成分としてZrO2が87〜94重量%であり、Al2O3が1.2〜3.0重量%であり、SiO2が3.0〜8.0重量%であり、Na2Oが0.35重量%を超え1.0重量%であり、B2O3が0.02重量%を超えて0.05重量%未満であり、Al2O3とNa2Oの重量比が2.5から5.0であり、P2O5、CuOは、実質的に含まれないことを特徴とする高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物。
- Al2O3とNa2Oの重量比が3.0から4.0であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物。
- 鋳造耐火物を粉砕した状態で、1500℃で1時間加熱した後にも、ジルコン(ZrSiO4)が析出しないことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物。
- 鋳造耐火物の上にガラスを置き、1300℃で4時間加熱する発泡試験において、ガラスに発生する泡の数が5個/cm2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物。
- 残存体積膨張率が2.5%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物。
