Abstract
【解決手段】 ガラス相の1000℃付近の粘度に関連した特性と耐火物表面の残留応力とを制御した高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物で、ZrO2が87以上96重量%以下、Al2O3が0.1以上0.8重量%未満、SiO2が3以上10重量%以下、Na2Oが0.05重量%未満、K2Oが0.01以上0.2重量%以下、B2O3が0.1以上1.0重量%以下、BaOが0.1以上0.5重量%以下、SrOが0.05重量%未満、CaOが0.01以上0.15重量以下、Y2O3が0.05以上0.4重量%以下、MgOが0.1重量%以下、Fe2O3とTiO2の合計量が0.3重量%以下、P2O5とCuOは実質的に含まれず、であり、1500℃で12時間保持後の電気抵抗が200Ωcm以上である。

実施例1から実施例10の高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物の組成及び特性を表1に示す。
Claims (7)
- ガラス相の1000℃付近の粘度に関連した特性と耐火物表面の残留応力とを制御した高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物であって、化学成分として、ZrO2が87重量%以上96重量%以下であり、Al2O3が0.1重量%以上0.8重量%未満、SiO2が3重量%以上10重量%以下、Na2Oが0.05重量%未満、K2Oが0.01重量%以上0.2重量%以下、B2O3が0.1重量%以上1.0重量%以下、BaOが0.1重量%以上0.5重量%以下、SrOが0.05重量%未満、CaOが0.01重量%以上0.15重量以下、Y2O3が0.05重量%以上0.4重量%以下、MgOが0.1重量%以下、Fe2O3とTiO2の合計量が0.3重量%以下、P2O5とCuOは実質的に含まれず(0.01重量%未満)、1500℃で12時間保持後の電気抵抗が200Ωcm以上である事を特徴とする高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物。
- ガラス相の1000℃付近の粘度に関連した特性と耐火物表面の残留応力とを制御した高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物であって、化学成分として、ZrO2が88重量%以上96重量%以下であり、Al2O3が0.1重量%以上0.8重量%未満、SiO2が3重量%以上9重量%以下、Na2Oが0.04重量%未満、K2Oが0.01重量%以上0.15重量%以下、B2O3が0.1重量%以上0.7重量%以下、BaOが0.1重量%以上0.5重量%以下、SrOが0.05重量%未満、CaOが0.01重量%以上0.15重量以下、Y2O3が0.05重量%以上0.2重量%以下、MgOが0.05重量%以下、Fe2O3とTiO2の合計量が0.3重量%以下、P2O5とCuOは実質的に含まれず(0.01重量%未満)、1500℃で12時間保持後の電気抵抗が200Ωcm以上である事を特徴とする高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物。
- 表面における残留応力が、30MPa以下の引張応力、20MPa以下の圧縮応力である事を特徴とする請求項1および2のいずれか1項に記載の高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物。
- 熱間曲げ試験において脆性破壊から塑性変形を伴った破壊に変化する温度が850℃から950℃である事を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物。
- 高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物中のガラス相のガラス転移点(Tg)が850℃から950℃である事を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物
- 熱サイクルテスト後の残存体積膨張率が10%以下である事を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物。
- 1500℃で12時間保持後の電気抵抗が250Ωcm以上である事を特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物。
