Claims (4)
- 少なくとも光源である発光素子と前記光源光を前方に配光する配光制御部材である投影レンズとを備えた光源ユニットが灯室内に設けられ、
前記発光素子の前方に延出する樹脂製レンズ取着部に樹脂製の前記投影レンズが取着された車両用灯具において、
前記レンズ取着部の先端には、前記投影レンズの外周に形成された鍔部の背面に対応する面当て部が形成され、前記鍔部の背面と前記面当て部のいずれか一方の外周側には、他方に溶着固定される複数の延出突起が設けられ、他方の外周側には、前記投影レンズの光軸と前記レンズ取着部の前後軸とを概略一致させて前記延出突起と軸方向にそれぞれ係合するとともに、前記延出突起の内側に沿った立て壁となる複数の段差部が形成され、
前記鍔部の背面と前記面当て部とが前後方向に当接するように前記延出突起と段差部とが溶着されたことを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記延出突起と前記段差部は、それぞれ前記投影レンズの周方向ほぼ等間隔となるように配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用前照灯。
- 前記鍔部の背面と前記面当て部間には、一方の側に設けた軸方向に延出する一対の突出ピンと、他方の側に設けた前記突出ピン係合用の一対のピン係合孔とを、前記投影レンズの光軸または前記レンズ取着部の前後軸をそれぞれ挟む略直径方向に配置した、上下左右方向位置決め手段が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の車両用前照灯。
- 前記延出突起と前記段差部とは、軸方向に超音波振動溶着されたもので、溶着工程では、前記段差部の前後長さより僅かに長く形成された前記延出突起と前記段差部の被溶着面とが軸方向に圧接保持された形態で、前記鍔部と前記面当て部が当接する位置となるまで超音波振動溶着が行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の車両用前照灯。
