Abstract

Claims (10)
- 内燃エンジンにおける、負荷及び燃焼を制御するためのシステムであって、
少なくとも一つのシリンダと、吸気パイプ及び排気パイプのそれぞれによってガスの流れを制御するための少なくとも一つの吸気バルブ(7)及び排気バルブと、を備えて、
少なくとも一つのバルブ(7)は、エンジンの作動状態が変化するときに、異なった開閉時間、及び異なったリフトをバルブ(7)に与えるように設計された電子制御された可変駆動手段によって制御され、
前記電子制御された可変駆動手段は、開閉の単一の従来のサイクルであるサイクルの内で開閉の動きの複数の連続サイクルをそれに与えるような方法で、エンジンの動作の予め決められた状態で所定のバルブを制御するためにプログラムされた電子制御手段(25)によって制御され、
エンジンがシリンダに連関した複数の吸気バルブを備えて、前記バルブの開閉の動きの連続サイクルをバルブのまさに一つに与えるように、前記電子制御手段がプログラムされていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記バルブの開閉の動きの連続サイクルは、少なくとも一つの最初のサイクル(EC)を備えて、従来モードに従ってバルブが開き、バルブが前もって閉じることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のエンジン。
- 前記バルブの開閉の動きの連続サイクルは、少なくとも一つの最後のサイクルを備えて、バルブの開きは従来のサイクルに関して遅れて、前記バルブは従来のサイクルに従って閉じることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のエンジン。
- 前記バルブの開閉の動きの一連の連続サイクルは、バルブの遅れた開き及び早期の閉鎖の少なくとも一つのハイブリッドサイクル(HY)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のエンジン。
- 前記ハイブリッドサイクルは、前記一連の連続サイクルの最初であることを特徴とする、請求項4記載のエンジン。
- 少なくとも一つのシリンダと、吸気パイプ及び排気パイプのそれぞれを制御するためにシリンダに連関した少なくとも一つの吸気バルブ(7)及び排気バルブと、を備えるタイプの内燃エンジンを制御する方法であって、
少なくとも一つのバルブは、エンジンの作動状態が変わるときに、異なった開閉時間及び異なったリフトをバルブ(7)に与えるために設計された電子制御の可変駆動手段によって制御され、
前述の可変駆動手段が、エンジンの作動の所定状態において、バルブ(7)の開閉の単一の従来の理論的なサイクル内で所与のバルブ(7)に開閉の動きの一連の連続サイクルが与えられていて、
エンジンがシリンダに連関した複数の吸気バルブを備えて、前記バルブの開閉の動きの連続サイクルがバルブのまさに一つに与えていることを特徴とする方法。 - バルブの開閉の動きの一連の連続サイクルは、バルブが従来のモードに従って開くとともに前もって閉じる少なくとも一つの最初のサイクル(EC)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の方法。
- バルブの開閉の動きの一連の連続サイクルは、バルブの開きが従来のサイクルに関して遅れる少なくとも一つの最後のサイクル(LO)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の方法。
- バルブの開閉の動きの一連の連続サイクルは、バルブの開きが遅れて、バルブが従来のサイクルに関して前もって閉じる、少なくとも一つのハイブリッドサイクル(HY)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記ハイブリッドサイクル(HY)が、前記一連の連続サイクルの最初であることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の方法。
