Abstract
【解決手段】 コイル2が挿入される磁性体金属製のボデー1と、ボデー1の開口部を閉塞する磁性体金属製のプレート3との間に、磁性体製のガスケット4を挟持させる。磁性体製のガスケット4を用いているため、磁気遮断による磁気特性低下を防止することができる。

Description
本発明の第1実施形態について説明する。図1は本発明の第1実施形態に係る電磁駆動装置を備えるコモンレール式燃料噴射装置の全体構成を示す図である。この燃料噴射装置は、高圧燃料が蓄圧される蓄圧器101を備えており、蓄圧器101には、ディーゼルエンジン(以下、内燃機関という)201の各気筒毎に設けられる複数の噴射弁102が接続され、蓄圧器101内に蓄圧される高圧燃料が、各噴射弁102から対応する気筒に噴射されるようになっている。噴射弁102の開弁時期および開弁時間は、制御手段である電子制御ユニット(以下、ECUという)103によって制御される。
本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。図4は第2実施形態に係る電磁駆動装置にて用いるガスケットの構成を示す断面図である。
上記各実施形態では、本発明の電磁駆動装置を電磁弁に適用したが、本発明の電磁駆動装置は、弁以外の被駆動部材を駆動するものにも適用することができる。
Claims (7)
- 磁気吸引力により被駆動部材を駆動する電磁駆動装置であって、
筒状で一端側に開口部(12)を有する磁性体金属製のボデー(1)と、
前記開口部(12)から前記ボデー(1)に挿入されて通電時に磁界を形成するコイル(2)と、
前記開口部(12)を閉塞する磁性体金属製のプレート(3)と、
前記ボデー(1)と前記プレート(3)との間に挟持された磁性体製のガスケット(4)とを備えることを特徴とする電磁駆動装置。 - 前記ボデー(1)における前記開口部(12)側のボデー端面(13)と、前記プレート(3)における前記ボデー端面(13)に対向するプレート端面(33)との間に、平板リング状の前記ガスケット(4)が挟持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁駆動装置。
- 前記ガスケット(4)は、前記ボデー(1)および前記プレート(3)よりも硬度が低いことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電磁駆動装置。
- 前記ガスケット(4)は、磁性体金属製であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の電磁駆動装置。
- 前記ガスケット(4)の表面に、前記ガスケット(4)よりも硬度が低い弾性部材(9)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の電磁駆動装置。
- 前記弾性部材(9)は、ゴム製で且つ厚さが0.15mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電磁駆動装置。
- 前記弾性部材(9)は、磁性体製のゴムであることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の電磁駆動装置。
