本实用新型涉及一种阀门,特别是一种具有手动和电动电磁阀。现有的电磁阀多采用电脉冲控制其开启,由于受磁力作用的限制,阀门的密封结构复杂,易造成泄露。本实用新型在阀门体的任一通道内设有磁性活动密封块,活动密封块的底部与阀门通道出口和入口的连接处进行活动密封配合,其上部与穿过阀盖的“T”形把手连接,在阀盖与活动密封块之间有弹簧支撑,在阀盖与电磁线圈之间固定有铁氧体永久磁环。具有结构简单,密封性好的优点,可手动、电动互相配合使用。

本实用新型涉及一种阀门,特别是一种具有手动和电动电磁阀。
目前使用的电磁阀多采用电脉冲控制其开启,由于受磁力作用的限制,阀门的密封结构复杂,易造成泄露。
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有电磁阀结构复杂、易泄露的缺陷,提供一种结构简单,密封性好的电磁阀。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
该铁氧体自保持电磁阀,包括三通结构的阀门体,在阀门体的任一通道内设有磁性活动密封块,沿活动密封块移动方向有电磁线圈外套和电磁线圈套入并由阀盖密封和定位,其特征在于:活动密封块的底部与阀门通道出口和入口的连接处进行活动密封配合,其上部与穿过阀盖的“T”形把手连接,在阀盖与活动密封块之间有弹簧支撑,在阀盖与电磁线圈之间固定有铁氧体永久磁环。在阀盖与把手结合部设有圆形凹槽,在凹槽内装有密封圈;在活动密封块的底部设有密封垫。
采用上述技术方案的铁氧体自保持电磁阀,具有结构简单,密封性能好,可手动、电动互相配合使用,节约能源。
下面结合附图和具体实施例作详细说明。

实施例1:
本实用新型的把手1是用铜或其他非磁性材料制成,设在阀盖上的密封圈2和密封垫10是用耐油橡胶材料,阀盖3用非磁性不锈钢金属材料制成,磁环4是用铁氧体磁性材料制成,电磁线圈5用绝缘漆包线绕成,其外套6用ABS工程塑料制成,阀体7选用铜或其他非磁性硬材料制成,弹簧8的外表面度镍,以防生锈,活动密封块9是用磁性金属材料制成的。
其组装方法如下:先把密封圈2装入阀盖3中的凹槽内,把手1穿过阀盖3和密封圈2后,套入弹簧8,把活动密封块9固定连接在把手1的下部,在活动密封块9与阀门开关通道的结合部安装有密封垫10。然后把阀盖3连同活动密封块9安装在阀门体7上。接通电磁线圈5的电源,调整正负极即可。使用时,用手提拉把手1,永久磁环4与活动密封块9依靠磁力作用,使阀门保持在开启状态;当给电磁线圈5一脉冲信号时,电磁线圈5产生的电磁力反作用在永久磁环4和活动密封块9上,消减永久磁环4与活动密封块9的磁力作用,活动密封块9在弹簧8的作用下,将阀门关闭。
实施例2:
实施例2与实施例1的安装、使用方法相同,仅仅变换阀门阀门体的安装位置。

1、一种铁氧体自保持电磁阀,包括三通结构的阀门体,在阀门体的任一通道内设有磁性活动密封块,沿活动密封块移动方向有电磁线圈外套和电磁线圈套入并由阀盖密封和定位,其特征在于:活动密封块的底部与阀门通道出口和入口的连接处进行活动密封配合,其上部与穿过阀盖的“T”形把手连接,在阀盖与活动密封块之间有弹簧支撑,在阀盖与电磁线圈之间固定有铁氧体永久磁环。
2、根据权利要求1的铁氧体自保持电磁阀,其特征在于:在阀盖与把手结合部设有圆形凹槽,在凹槽内装有密封圈。
3、根据权利要求1或2的铁氧体自保持电磁阀,其特征在于:在活动密封块的底部设有密封垫。
