电磁驱动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电磁驱动装置,其中在该装置通电时可以生产磁力。
背景技术
传统的电磁驱动装置包括磁性金属体1、线圈2和金属板3,如图5所示。金属体1容置着线圈2,且金属体1的开口部分被金属板3所封闭。电磁驱动装置还包括橡胶密封部件100(例如O型圈),用于限制水从外侧进入(例如参见日本未审查专利文献2001-182638)。在此,橡胶密封部件100通常具有1.5mm或更多的厚度。
然而,因为厚度较大的非磁性橡胶密封部件100所引起的磁堵塞,传统的电磁驱动装置也具有磁性能(吸引力,反应性能)变差的缺点。结果使得,传统的电磁驱动装置需要具有较大的线圈2来弥补变差的磁性能。同时,还需要加工出设置橡胶密封部件100用的容纳槽29。
此外,在线圈2装配到金属体1或金属板3上时,因为密封部件100有时候会伸出容纳槽29,还担心发生密封故障(faultsealing)。此外,当线圈2装配到金属体1或金属板3上时,由于密封部件100与金属体1或金属板3之间的摩擦而使得密封部件100的表面会磨损,所以还担心由此引起的另一种密封故障。
发明内容
本发明是考虑到上述缺陷的基础上做出的。因此,本发明的目的是致力于解决上述至少一个缺陷。
为了解决本发明的目的,提供了一种电磁驱动装置,其用于利用磁吸引力来驱动从动部件,所述电磁驱动装置包括管形磁性金属体、线圈、磁性金属板和磁性垫圈。管形磁性金属体在一端处具有开口部分。线圈从开口部分处容纳在金属体中,且在线圈通电时提供磁场。电磁金属板封闭着金属体的开口部分。电磁垫圈保持在金属体和金属板之间。

具体实施方式
(第一实施例)
具有根据本发明第一实施例的电磁驱动装置的共轨燃油喷射系统包括蓄积器101、柴油机(内燃机)201、多个喷射阀102和电控单元(ECU)103。蓄积器101蓄积高压燃油。蓄积器101和每个喷射阀102相连接,其中每个喷射阀102设置到内燃机201的对应一个缸体上面。这样,蓄积在蓄积器101中的高压燃油通过每个喷射阀102喷射到对应的缸体内。ECU 103控制喷射阀102的开启时间和阀开启期间。
ECU 103包括具有CPU、ROM和RAM的公知微型计算机(未示)。微型计算机依次执行存储在其中的各个处理程序。ECU 103接收例如发动机转速和加速踏板(未示)的踩下量(踏板位置)等信息。然后,ECU 103基于上述信息来控制喷射阀102、泵送量控制阀104和压力控制阀110的操作。
由油泵105泵送的高压燃油以对应于燃油喷射压力的预定压力蓄积在蓄积器101中。具有公知结构的可变输送高压泵用作油泵105,且油泵105以高压压缩低压燃油。在此,低压燃油通过供给泵107从用作低压部分的油箱106中进行供应。基于从压力传感器108中提供的信号,ECU 103驱动泵送量控制阀104以控制泵送量,以使得喷射压力变成预定值(其基于载荷和转速来确定)。在此,泵送量控制阀104设置到油泵105上,且压力传感器108设置到蓄积器101上。
蓄积器101通过低压通道109(其构成排放通道)连接到油箱106。压力控制阀110位于低压通道109和蓄积器101之间。ECU103基于内燃机201的操作状态来控制压力控制阀110。当阀打开时,在蓄积器101中的高压燃油通过低压通道109返回到油箱106,以使得蓄积器101中的压力能够减少到目标值。
以下将描述压力控制阀110。图2是一个剖视图,显示了具有根据本发明第一实施例的电磁驱动装置的电磁阀(压力控制阀110)的结构。如图2和3所示,本实施例的压力控制阀110包括带有底部和阀壳体7的筒形体1。筒形体1包括位于一个纵向端部处的底部分11和位于另一个纵向端部处的开口部分12。在通电时形成(提供)磁场的管形线圈2从开口部分12处插入到筒形体1内,且容置在筒形体1中。筒形体1的开口部分12由板3所封闭。板3包括盘形的盖部分31和柱形部分32。盖部分31覆盖着筒形体1的开口部分12,且柱形部分32从盖部分31的径向中心部分延伸到管形线圈2内侧的空间。
密封着筒形体1和板3之间的匹配面(mating)的平直环形垫圈4被保持在筒形体1和板3之间。具体而言,如图3所示,筒形体1具有位于筒形体1一侧的体端表面13,所述一侧面朝开口部分12。此外,板3具有板端表面33,其面朝着体端表面13。垫圈4被保持在体端表面13和板端表面33之间。在此,体端表面13和板端表面33是平面的,其垂直于筒形体1的纵向。
筒形体1包括筒形管状部分14,其围绕着开口部分12和体端表面13。在线圈2、板3和垫圈4被临时地组装在筒形体1内侧之后,筒形管状部分14的端部被卷边(crimped)。这样,板3被固定到筒形体1上,且垫圈4被挤压性地保持在筒形体1和板3之间。
筒形体1、板3和垫圈4都由磁性金属制成,且形成磁路。与筒形体1和板3相比,垫圈4由硬度较小的材料制成(垫圈4的硬度小于筒形体1和板3)。典型地,渗碳铬钢用于筒形体1,不锈原材料用于板3,且冷轧钢用于垫圈4。
在底部分11的径向中心部分处形成有通孔15,该通孔15与线圈2内侧的空间(即形成于管形线圈2内侧的空间)相连通。电枢5位于底部分11的通孔15中。电枢5是磁性金属,且构成磁路。
如图2所示,压力控制阀110包括筒形体1的底部分11外侧的阀壳体7。阀壳体7容置和保持着筒形阀体6。阀壳体7在一侧具有开口端且在另一端具有底部分71,以使得阀壳体7具有带底的筒形。在阀壳体7的径向中心部分处,阀壳体7包括滑动孔72,其沿阀壳体7的纵向延伸且可滑动地容置着阀体6。筒形体1包括底部分11外侧的筒形管状部分16。通过使管状部分16的端部进行卷边,将阀壳体7固定到筒形体1上。
阀壳体7包括位于底部分71的径向中心部分处的第一排放通道73。第一排放通道73沿纵向延伸,且贯穿底部分71。同时,在阀壳体7的筒形部分处,阀壳体7包括第二排放通道74,其沿阀壳体7的径向延伸且贯穿筒形部分。阀壳体7的底部分71包括锥形座靠面75,其与第一排放通道73同轴地形成且面朝着阀体6。当阀体6和座靠面75配合时,第一排放通道73从第二排放通道74处断开连接。当阀体6从座靠面75上脱开配合时,第一排放通道73与第二排放通道74相连通。
阀体6一体地包括圆柱形杆61,其贯穿筒形体1的通孔15,且电枢5装配和固定到圆柱形杆61的外周。板3的柱形部分32在内侧容纳着弹簧8,且弹簧8朝向阀关闭位置推压电枢5和阀体6,以使得阀体6从第二排放通道74处与第一排放通道73断开连接。
在此,第一排放通道73连接到蓄积器101上(参见图1),且第二排放通道74连接到油箱106上(参见图1)。
在上述结构中,除了降低内燃机201的转速的情况下,压力控制阀110的线圈2断电(deenergized)。这样,弹簧8朝向阀关闭位置推压电枢5和阀体6,以使得阀体6和阀壳体7的座靠面75相配合。因此,第一排放通道73从第二排放通道74上断开连接。
相反地,在突然减少加速踏板的踩下量的情况下(换句话说,在减少内燃机201的速度时),ECU 103控制压力控制阀110以使得压力控制阀110打开。这样,蓄积器101中的高压燃油被排放到油箱106内,且蓄积器101内侧的压力迅速减少到目标值。
具体而言,压力控制阀110的线圈2被通电激励以形成磁场。然后,在筒形体1、板3、垫圈4和电枢5处形成磁路,以使得产生磁吸引力,且因此地朝向板3的柱形部分32吸引电枢5。这样,和电枢5相结合的阀体6朝向柱形部分32位移。结果使得,阀体6从阀壳体7的75处脱离配合,以使得第一排放通道73与第二排放通道74相连通。然后,在蓄积器101中的高压燃油通过第一排放通道73、第二排放通道74和低压通道109被排放到油箱106。
在本实施例中,垫圈4由磁性材料制成,以使得限制垫圈4所导致的磁阻塞,进而限制磁性能变差。
此外,垫圈4的密封表面在组装过程中不相对于其他构件进行滑动。这样,可防止垫圈的密封表面被其他构件磨损。因此,可提高密封性能。
此外,本实施例的电磁驱动装置不要求如图5所示的容纳槽29或等同于容纳槽29的等同物。这样,可减少车加工的人力。
在本实施例中,垫圈4由硬度小于筒形体1和板3的材料制成。这样,因为垫圈4可变形以装配到筒形体1和板3上,所以能够获得可靠的密封性能。
(第二实施例)
以下描述本发明的第二实施例。图4是一个剖视图,显示了具有根据本发明第二实施例的电磁驱动装置用垫圈的结构。在本发明的第二实施例中,与第一实施例的电磁驱动装置类似的部件将使用相同的标记。
如图4所示,在本实施例中,平面的环形弹性部件9连接到环形垫圈4(其由磁性金属制成)的相反表面(侧)上。换句话说,弹性部件9的其中之一连接到垫圈4的一个面上,该面面朝着体端表面13(参见图3)。同时,弹性部件9的其中另一个连接到垫圈4的相反面上,该相反面面朝着板端表面33(参见图3)。在此,弹性部件9的硬度小于垫圈4的硬度。
在本实施例中,冷轧钢用于垫圈4。丁腈橡胶(NBR)用于弹性部件9。通过使用焊接或粘结剂来结合垫圈4和弹性部件9。因为NBR不是磁性的,每个弹性部件9的厚度设定在0.15mm或更低,以使得减少由于弹性部件9引起的磁阻塞程度,进而限制磁性能变差。
可选地,弹性部件9可由磁性橡胶制成,以使得可限制由于磁部件9引起的磁阻塞。
在本实施例中,弹性部件9的硬度小于垫圈4的硬度。这样,因为垫圈4容易变形以装配到筒形体1和板3上,所以能够可靠地获得密封性能。
以下将描述其他实施例。在上述每个实施例中,本发明的电磁驱动装置被应用于电磁阀(压力控制阀)。然而,本发明的电磁驱动装置可选地能够应用于其他装置,其用来驱动除阀之外的其他从动部件。

Claims (7)

1.一种电磁驱动装置,其利用磁吸引力来驱动着从动部件,所述电磁驱动装置包括:
管形的磁性金属体(1),其在一端处具有开口部分(12),且在面朝着开口部分(12)的一侧处包括体端表面(13);
线圈(2),其从开口部分(12)处被容纳在磁性金属体(1)中,且在线圈(2)通电时提供磁场;
磁性金属板(3),其封闭着磁性金属体(1)的开口部分(12),且所述磁性金属板(3)包括面朝着体端表面(13)的一个板端表面(33);和
磁性垫圈(4),其被保持在磁性金属体(1)的体端表面(13)和磁性金属板(3)的板端表面(33)之间。
