Abstract
【解決手段】実質的にグラファイト及び金属酸化物より形成された外部保護体を有する熱電対チューブとその内部に配置された熱電対とを有し、前記熱電対チューブが前記外部保護体内で隙間を置いて配置されて中間スペースを形成しており、該中間スペースには絶縁材と酸素還元材が配置されている、金属溶融物特に鉄又は鉄鋼溶融物中の温度を測定するための温度測定装置において、前記絶縁材と前記酸素還元材とは、粉末混合物の形で、前記熱電対チューブ(3)の周りを隙間を保って取り囲むか又は前記外部保護体(1)により隙間を保って取り囲まれている管(2)を形成していることを特徴とする温度測定装置。

Description
従って本発明の目的は従来装置の上記の欠点を改良した溶融金属柱で温度を測定するための装置を提供することにある。
本発明の装置は、実質的にグラファイト及び金属酸化物より形成された外部保護体を有する熱電対チューブとその内部に配置された熱電対とを有し、前記熱電対チューブが前記外部保護体内で隙間を置いて配置されて中間スペースを形成しており、該中間スペースには絶縁材と酸素還元材が配置されている、金属溶融物特に鉄又は鉄鋼溶融物中の温度を測定するための温度測定装置である。ここに熱電対チューブとは一端が閉じており、熱電対線がその内部に配置され、熱電対線同士は少なくとも一種の絶縁材により互いに離間されているものを指す。この絶縁材の具体的例としては二重管又は個別の管セグメントがある。前記絶縁材と前記酸素還元材とは、粉末混合物の形で、前記熱電対チューブの周りを隙間を保って取り囲むか又は前記外部保護体により隙間を保って取り囲まれている管を形成していて、さらに熱電対チューブ及び・又は保護体に対して相対移動ができるので、熱応力は補償され、その結果、装置の全体は破損のおそれが減じる。好ましくは、絶縁材はアルミニウム酸化物のような酸化物、酸素還元材はアルミニウムのような非貴金属(卑金属)である。粉末混合物におけるアルミニウム含有量は10〜40重量%、好ましくは15〜33重量%である。

Claims (9)
- 実質的にグラファイト及び金属酸化物より形成された外部保護体を有する熱電対チューブとその内部に配置された熱電対とを有し、前記熱電対チューブが前記外部保護体内に配置されて中間スペースを形成しており、該中間スペースには絶縁材と酸素還元材が配置されている、金属溶融物特に鉄又は鉄鋼溶融物中の温度を測定するための温度測定装置において、
前記絶縁材と前記酸素還元材とは、粉末混合物の形で、前記熱電対チューブ(3)の周りを隙間を保って取り囲むか、又は前記外部保護体(1)により隙間を保って取り囲まれている管(2、2’、2”)を形成していることを特徴とする温度測定装置。 - 前記絶縁材が酸化物特にアルミニウム酸化物であり、前記酸素還元材は卑金属特にアルミニウムである請求項1に記載の測定装置。
- 粉末混合物を基準としてアルミニウム含有量は10〜40重量%、好ましくは15〜33重量%である請求項2に記載の測定装置。
- 前記管(2、2’、2”)は一端が閉じているか、両端が開放しているか、又は複数の管セグメントから形成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
- 前記管(2、2’、2”)は前記粉末混合物の他にバインダを含む請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
- 前記絶縁材と酸素還元材とで形成された前記管(2、2’、2”)と、熱電対チューブ(3)又は外部保護体(1)との間の隙間(4、4’)には、少なくとも部分的にガス、繊維、又はボールが充填されている請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
- 前記繊維又はボールは、アルミニウム酸化物、又は酸化物特にアルミニウム酸化物と酸素還元材特に卑金属特にアルミニウムとの混合物、である請求項6に記載の測定装置。
- 前記ガスは混合ガス、特に窒素の混合ガスである請求項6に記載の測定装置。
- 粉末混合物を使用して管を製作し、該管に熱電対(3)を挿入し、外部保護管(1)を前記管の周りに配置することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項の測定装置を製造する方法。
