Description
Claims (9)
- 열전소자 튜브 내에 배치되는 열전소자와, 본질적으로 흑연 및 금속 산화물로 형성된 외장 보호체를 구비하며, 상기 열전소자 튜브는 간극을 갖고 상기 보호체 내에 배치되어 중간 공간을 형성하며, 상기 중간 공간 내에는 절연재 및 산소 환원재가 배치되는, 용융 금속 내에서의 온도 측정 장치에 있어서,분말 혼합물 형태의 상기 절연재 및 상기 산소 환원재가 간극을 갖고 상기 열전소자 튜브(3)를 둘러싸거나, 간극을 갖고 상기 보호체(1)에 의해 둘러싸이는 튜브(2; 2'; 2")를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연재는 산화 알루미늄을 포함하는 산화물이며, 상기 산소 환원재로서는 알루미늄을 포함하는 비금속(base metal)이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 측정 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분말 혼합물을 기준으로, 알루미늄의 함량은 10 내지 40 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 측정 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 튜브(2; 2'; 2")는 일단부에서 폐쇄되거나, 양단부에서 개방되거나, 또는 복수 개의 튜브 세그먼트로 형성되 는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 측정 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 튜브(2; 2'; 2")는 분말 혼합물에 추가하여 바인더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 측정 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 한편으로는, 상기 절연재 및 산소 환원재로 이루어진 상기 튜브(2; 2'; 2")와, 다른 편으로는, 열전소자 튜브(3) 또는 보호체(1) 사이의 간극(4; 4')은 가스, 섬유 또는 볼로 적어도 부분적으로 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 측정 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 또는 볼은 산화 알루미늄로 이루어지거나, 산화 알루미늄을 포함하는 산화물과 알루미늄과 같은 비금속을 포함하는 산소 환원재의 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 측정 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가스는 질소를 포함하는 가스 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 측정 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 온도 측정 장치를 제조하는 방법으로서,분말 혼합물로 튜브를 형성하며, 이 튜브 내에 열전소자(3)를 삽입하며, 튜브 둘레에 보호체(1)를 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 측정 장치 제조 방법.
