Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、接触分解装置または他の転換装置に由来する0.1重量%未満の硫黄を含有するガソリンを水素化脱硫する方法であって、該方法は、二金属性触媒を用い、0.1〜20h−1のHSV、220〜350℃の温度、0.1〜5MPaの圧力で操作する少なくとも1つの水素化脱硫反応器を含み、脱硫ガソリンの一部を水素化脱硫反応器の入口に、脱硫されるべきガソリンの流量の0.1〜3倍の再循環比で再循環させる工程を包含する方法に関する。

Description
連続式に機能する水素化脱硫反応器に、100mL(ミリリットル)のHR806触媒(Axensにより販売)が装填された。当該触媒は、コバルトおよびモリブデンの酸化物をベースとしており、H2およびDMDSの混合物により、従来の硫化条件下に硫化されて、金属性のモリブデンおよびコバルト酸化物の少なくとも80%がスルフィドに転換されたものである。
温度:285℃
圧力:2.5MPa
原料油の流量:400mL/h
水素の流量:144L/h
水素化脱留反応器からの出口において、反応混合物は冷却され、ガソリンは、気/液分離器において水素から分離された。

Claims (12)
- 接触分解装置または他の転換装置由来の0.1重量%未満の硫黄を含有するガソリンを水素化脱硫する方法であって、
二金属性触媒を用い、0.1〜20h−1のHSV、220〜350℃の温度および0.1〜5MPaの圧力で操作する少なくとも1つの水素化脱硫反応器を含み、
脱硫ガソリンの一部を水素化脱硫反応器の入口に、脱硫されるべきガソリンの流量の0.1〜3倍の再循環比で再循環させる工程を包含する、方法。 - 水素化脱硫反応器は、0.1〜10h−1、好ましくは2〜8h−1のHSV、1〜3MPaの圧力、50〜800リットル/リットル、好ましくは100〜400リットル/リットルの水素/原料油の容積比で機能する、請求項1に記載の水素化脱硫法。
- 用いられる触媒は、多孔性の担体上に担持される、少なくとも1種の第VIII族元素および第VIb族からの1種の元素を含み、第VIII族元素は、好ましくは鉄、コバルトまたはニッケルであり、第VIb族元素は、好ましくは、モリブデンまたはタングステンである、請求項1または2に記載の水素化脱硫法。
- 第VIII族元素の量は、酸化物として表して、0.5〜15重量%、好ましくは0.7〜10重量%であり、第VIb族金属の量は、1.5〜60重量%、好ましくは2〜50重量%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の水素化脱硫法。

- 原料油に接触させる前に、触媒は、該触媒の2.8重量%以下、好ましくは0.5〜2.6重量%を示すような量に炭素を担持させる工程を経る、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の水素化脱硫法。
- 水素化脱硫反応器の下流に、水素化脱硫反応器において用いられるものと同一タイプの二金属性の触媒を用いる終結反応器が設けられる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の水素化脱硫法。
- 終結反応器において用いられる触媒は、第VIII族元素および第VIb族元素を有し、該第VIII族元素の量は、酸化物として表して、0.5〜10重量%、好ましくは0.7〜5重量%であり、第VIb族元素の量は、1.5〜50重量%、好ましくは2〜20重量%である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の水素化脱硫法。
- 終結反応器において用いられる触媒は、水素化脱硫反応器において用いられる触媒の触媒活性の1〜70%、好ましくは1〜50%の触媒活性を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の水素化脱硫法。
- 終結反応器において用いられる触媒は、第VIII族元素を含有する単金属性の触媒であり、該元素の量は、酸化物として表して、1〜60重量%、好ましくは2〜20重量%である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の水素化脱硫法。
- 脱硫ガソリンの一部の再循環は、水素化脱硫反応器と終結反応器との間に位置する点になされる、請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の水素化脱硫法。
- 脱硫ガソリンの一部の再循環は、同一の水素化脱硫反応器内にある2つの触媒床の間になされる、請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の水素化脱硫法。
