Abstract
【解決手段】 重合性化合物(A)は、窒素オニウムカチオンおよび該窒素オニウムカチオンに弱く配位する弱配位性アニオンを有する。重合性化合物(A)は、高いイオン密度を有し、イオン移動度も大きいので、高いイオン伝導度を有する。また、窒素オニウムカチオンは、有機性を有しているので、重合体および/またはエラストマー中に分散しやすい。また、重合性基を有するので、活性エネルギー線を照射したり加熱することなどにより、重合反応を起し、重合体および/またはエラストマーに固定化することができる。

Description
(2)イオン性塩の構造を有する第1の重合体(B)を、重合体型帯電防止剤に添加して混合し、この混合物を、少なくとも1種類の重合体および/またはエラストマー(C)に配合する。
(3)複数の重合体および/またはエラストマー(C)を用いる場合に、まず、複数の重合体および/またはエラストマー(C)を混合して調整する。この後に、イオン性塩の構造を有する第1の重合体(B)と重合体型帯電防止剤とを添加して混合する。あるいは第2の重合体および/またはエラストマー(C)のプレポリマーなどを用いる場合に、最初に、原料を混合して調整することもできる。

表1に示すイオン性塩の構造を有する重合性化合物(A−1,A−2,A−3,A−4)を合成した。これらの重合性化合物は、重合性基と、窒素オニウムカチオンおよび該窒素オニウムカチオンに弱く配位する弱配位性アニオンを有する。重合性基と窒素オニウムカチオンは、アルキレン基で結ばれている。
下層の油層部分をイオン交換水で3回洗浄した後、メタノール1l中に攪拌しながら滴下した。この溶液をガラスフィルターで減圧濾過し、80℃、2時間減圧乾燥後、白色粉末物(B−1)300gを得た。
Claims (19)
- 窒素オニウムカチオンおよび該窒素オニウムカチオンに弱く配位する弱配位性アニオンを有する重合性化合物(A)を、単独重合または他の重合性化合物と共重合してなる第1の重合体(B)を含む制電性重合体組成物。
- 少なくとも1種以上の第2の重合体および/またはエラストマー(C)をさらに含む請求項1に記載の制電性重合体組成物。
- 前記窒素オニウムカチオンが第4級アミンであり、前記弱配位性アニオンが少なくとも1個の高フッ素化アルキルスルホニル基を含む弱配位性フッ素有機アニオン、BF4 -又はPF6 -である請求項1または2に記載の制電性重合体組成物。
- 前記重合性化合物(A)が、2−(トリアルキルアンモニウム)アルキルアクリレートビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミド、2−(トリアルキルアンモニウム)アルキルメタアクリレートビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミド、N−[3−(トリアルキルアンモニウム)アルキル]アクリルアミドビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミド又はN−[3−(トリアルキルアンモニウム)アルキル]メタクリルアミドビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミドである請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の制電性重合体組成物。
- 前記第2の重合体は、ポリオレフィン系重合体、ポリスチレン系重合体、ポリアミド系重合体、ポリ塩化ビニル系重合体、ポリアセタール系重合体、ポリエステル系重合体、ポリウレタン系重合体、ポリカーボネート系重合体、アクリレート/メタクリレート系重合体、ポリアクリロニトリル系重合体、熱可塑性エラストマー系重合体、不飽和ポリエステル系重合体、エポキシ系重合体、ジアリールフタレート系重合体、メラミン系重合体、液晶ポリエステル系重合体、フッ素系重合体、ポリスルホン系重合体、ポリフェニレンエーテル系重合体、ポリイミド系重合体およびシリコーン系重合体からなる群より選ばれ、
前記エラストマーは、天然ゴム、イソプレンゴム、ブタジエンゴム、スチレンブタジエンゴム、ブチルゴム、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム、エチレンプロピレンゴム、クロロプレンゴム、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム、クロロスルホン化ポリエチレン、エピクロロヒドリンゴム、塩素化ポリエチレン、シリコーンゴム、フッ素ゴムおよびウレタンからなる群より選ばれる請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の制電性重合体組成物。 - 前記第1の重合体(B)は、前記重合性化合物(A)を0.05〜100質量%含む請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の制電性重合体組成物。
- 前記第2の重合体および/またはエラストマー(C)100質量部に対して、前記重合性化合物(A)を0.01質量部以上95質量部以下の割合で含有している、請求項2から6のいずれか1項に記載の制電性重合体組成物。
- 前記重合性化合物(A)および前記他の重合性化合物は、活性エネルギー線又は熱で重合する重合性基を有する請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の制電性重合体組成物。
- ビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミドのアルカリ金属塩、トリス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)メチドのアルカリ金属塩およびトリフルオロメタンスルホン酸のアルカリ金属塩からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種のアルカリ金属塩を、前記重合性化合物(A)に対して、0.01〜200モル%の割合で含有する請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の制電性重合体組成物。
- 当該制電性重合体組成物は、重合体型帯電防止剤をさらに含む、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の制電性重合体組成物。
- 前記重合体型帯電防止剤は、ポリエーテルブロックポリオレフィン系共重合体、ポリオキシアルキル系共重合体、ポリエーテルエステルアミド系共重合体又はエチレンオキシド−プロピレンオキサイド−アリルグリシジル系共重合体である請求項10に記載の制電性重合体組成物。
- 前記第2の重合体および/またはエラストマー(C)100重量部に対して、前記重合体型帯電防止剤を、0.05質量部以上30質量部以下の割合で含有している、請求項10または11に記載の制電性重合体組成物。
- 窒素オニウムカチオンおよび該窒素オニウムカチオンに弱く配位する弱配位性アニオンを有する重合性化合物(A)と他の重合性化合物とを混合し、
得られた混合液を型に注入した後、あるいは前記混合液を成形品の表面に塗布した後、硬化させる制電性重合体組成物の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の制電性重合体組成物を成形してなる成形品。
