Claims (31)
- 光を出射する複数の光源と、
前記複数の光源を実装する複数の金属コアプリント回路基板と、を備え、
前記複数の金属コアプリント回路基板は、予め設定された領域内で相互に直接接続されて前記光を面出射することを特徴とするバックライトアセンブリ。 - 前記複数の金属コアプリント回路基板は、一の側面に凸状ユニットが形成されている複数の第1金属コアプリント回路基板と、一の側面に凹状ユニットが形成されている複数の第2金属コアプリント回路基板と、を備え、
前記凹状ユニットと前記凸状ユニットとが取り付けられて、前記第1金属コアプリント回路基板と前記第2金属コアプリント回路基板とが電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。 - 前記凹状ユニットは、前記第2金属コアプリント回路基板をその厚さ方向に開口して形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記凹状ユニットは、前記第2金属コアプリント回路基板をその面方向に開口して形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記凹状ユニットは、前記第2金属コアプリント回路基板の表面に溝を形成してなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記凸状ユニットは、前記凹状ユニットに重畳することにより当該凹状ユニットに取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記溝は一対の傾斜面からなり、前記一対の傾斜面間の距離は、前記第2金属プリント回路基板の表面に向かって次第に増加することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記一対の傾斜面のうちの少なくとも一つの傾斜面に導電部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記溝は、曲面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記第1金属コアプリント回路基板の前記一の側面に隣接する他の側面に凹状ユニットが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載バックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記第1金属コアプリント回路基板の他の側面に形成されている凹状ユニットは、前記第2金属コアプリント回路基板の一の側面に形成されている凹状ユニットと同一であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記第2金属コアプリント回路基板の前記一の側面に隣接する他の側面に凸状ユニットが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載バックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記第2金属コアプリント回路基板の他の側面に形成されている凸状ユニットは、前記第1金属コアプリント回路基板の一の側面に形成されている凸状ユニットと同一であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記第1金属コアプリント回路基板と前記第2金属コアプリント回路基板とが交互に繰り返して接続されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 連続的に接続される前記第1金属コアプリント回路基板と前記第2金属コアプリント回路基板との接続方向は交差することを特徴とする請求項14に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記凹状ユニットの端部に複数の凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記凸状ユニットの端部に複数の凸部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記凹部と前記凸部とが嵌合することを特徴とする請求項17に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記凹状ユニット及び前記凸状ユニットにそれぞれ導電部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記凸状ユニットの長さと前記凹状ユニットの長さとが同一であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記凸状ユニットの長さが前記凹状ユニットの長さよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記光源は、発光ダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 画像を表示するパネルユニットと、
前記パネルユニットに光を供給する複数の光源と、
前記複数の光源を実装する複数の金属コアプリント回路基板と、を備え、
前記複数の金属コアプリント回路基板は、予め設定された領域内で相互に直接接続されて前記光を面出射することを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記複数の金属コアプリント回路基板は、一の側面に凸状ユニットが形成されている複数の第1金属コアプリント回路基板と、一の側面に凹状ユニットが形成されている複数の第2金属コアプリント回路基板と、を備え、
前記凹状ユニットと前記凸状ユニットとが取り付けられて、前記第1金属コアプリント回路基板と前記第2金属コアプリント回路基板とが電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の表示装置。 - 前記凹状ユニットは、前記第2金属コアプリント回路基板の表面に溝を形成してなることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の表示装置。
- 前記凸状ユニットは、前記凹状ユニットに重畳することにより当該凹状ユニットに取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1金属コアプリント回路基板の前記一の側面に隣接する他の側面に凹状ユニットが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2金属コアプリント回路基板の前記一の側面に隣接する他の側面に凸状ユニットが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1金属コアプリント回路基板と前記第2金属コアプリント回路基板とが交互に繰り返して接続されていることを特徴とする請求項28に記載の表示装置。
- 連続的に接続される前記第1金属コアプリント回路基板と前記第2金属コアプリント回路基板との接続方向は交差することを特徴とする請求項29に記載の表示装置。
- 前記凹状ユニット及び前記凸状ユニットにそれぞれ導電部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の表示装置。
