Description
Claims (12)
- 電極支持体に導電性又は半導電性酸化物の前駆体を含むバインダー分散液を付着し、前記電極支持体に前記前駆体から導電性又は半導電性酸化物被覆物を形成し、電気伝導性酸化チタン及び電極粒子を前記導電性又は半導電性酸化物被覆物に付着し、前記電気伝導性酸化チタン及び電極粒子を形成された導電性又は半導電性酸化物に接着することを特徴とする電極の製造方法。
- 前記バインダー分散液が酸化チタン又は酸化タンタルの前駆体を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記バインダー分散液が酸化チタン及び酸化タンタルの前駆体を含む、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記前駆体を約300℃から約600℃までの温度で熱分解する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記電気伝導性酸化チタンが実質的にTiOである、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記電極粒子が電気伝導性酸化チタンを含む、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記電極粒子が電気伝導性ダイヤモンドを含む、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに従って得られる電極。
- 電極支持体、前記電極支持体に接着された導電性又は半導電性酸化物被覆物、並びに前記導電性又は半導電性酸化物被覆物に接着された電極粒子及び電気伝導性酸化チタンを含むことを特徴とする電極。
- 前記電極粒子が電気伝導性ダイヤモンドを含む、請求項9記載の電極。
- 前記電極粒子が電気伝導性酸化チタンを含む、請求項9又は10記載の電極。
- 電解槽中の請求項8から11のいずれかに記載の電極の使用。
