Claims (22)
- 固定床触媒の存在下で酸素分子を含有するガス流を用いる塩化水素の気相酸化により塩素を製造する方法において、この方法を、反応器縦方向で相互に平行に配置されていて、それらの端部で管板(3)中に固定されている接触管(2)の管束を有し、反応器(1)の両端にそれぞれ1個のフード(4)を有し、かつ接触管(2)の間の中間スペース(5)内に反応器縦方向に対して垂直に配置されていて、反応器中央に円形流路(8)を空ける1以上のリング状じゃま板(6)と反応器縁部にリング状流路(9)を空ける1以上のディスク状じゃま板(7)とを、リング状じゃま板(6)とディスク状じゃま板(7)との交互の配置で有する反応器であって、この際、接触管(2)には固定床触媒が充填されており、塩化水素及び酸素分子を含有するガス流が反応器の1端部からフード(4)を経て接触管(2)に導通され、ガス状反応混合物が反応器の反対側端部から第2のフード(4)を経て取り出され、かつこの際、液状熱交換媒体が中間スペース(5)を通って接触管(2)の周りに導びかれる反応器(1)中で実施することを特徴とする、塩化水素の気相酸化により塩素を製造する方法。
- 液状熱交換媒体を、ジャケット開口部(11)を有する下部リング導管(10)を経て中間スペース(5)を通って接触管(2)の周りに導びき、ジャケット開口部(13)を経て上部リング導管(12)から流出させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 方法を、その接触管(2)が反応器(1)の内部スペース内に、分離比、即ち直接隣接している接触管(2)の中心点の距離と接触管(2)の外径との比が1.15〜1.6の範囲、好ましくは1.2〜1.4の範囲内にあるように配置されており、この際、接触管の三角形配置が有利である、反応器(1)中で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。

- ガス状反応混合物及び液状熱交換媒体を、交叉向流で又は交叉順流で反応器(1)に導びくことを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ガス状反応混合物の供給に面した接触管(2)の範囲が、接触管(2)の全長の5〜20%の長さ、好ましくは5〜10%の長さまで不活性物質で充填されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- それらと反応ガスとが接触する反応器(1)の全ての構成部材は、純ニッケル又はニッケルベース合金から製造されているか又は純ニッケル又はニッケルベース合金でメッキされていることを特徴とする、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 接触管(2)は純ニッケル又はニッケルベース合金から製造されており、かつ管板(3)は純ニッケル又はニッケルベース合金でメッキされており、及び接触管(2)はメッキのところだけで管板と溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 反応器(1)は、分離板(16)を用いて、殊に分離板(16)上の接触管(2)のロールオンによって充分に液密に分離されている2以上の反応帯域を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 方法を、2以上の反応器(1)中で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 1反応器(1)と他の反応器の接触管(2)は、その内径で異なっており、殊に、その中で特にホット−スポットに曝される反応工程が進行する反応器(1)は、残りの反応器(1)に比べて小さい内径を有する接触管(2)を有することを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 反応器(1)の間に静的ミキサー(17)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項19又は21に記載の方法。
- 反応器ジャケット及び/又は管板(3)及び/又は分離板(16)中に、熱交換媒体用の脱気孔(2)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1から21までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
