Abstract
本实用新型是一种旋流式波纹管换热器,它包括
壳体、换热波纹管、加热介质进口、加热介质出口、被
加热介质进口、被加热液体出口,其特征是:换热波纹
管采用盘旋式排列,管间用盘旋隔板隔开。本实用新
型的优点是:换热管之间完全由旋板隔开,无短路可
能,提高了传热效果;换热管被无间隙地夹在旋板之
间,消除了振动与碰撞的可能,提高了可靠性;解决了
波纹管换热器的壳程湍流不充分,影响传热的问题。
Description
本实用新型提供一种新型换热器,特别是一种具有盘旋式布管、盘旋式旋流板的管壳式波纹管换热器。
通常的管壳式换热器主要是由壳体及壳体内的传热管组成,为了增加壳程流程采用折流板进行折流,换热管布置呈三角形等距分布。这种结构换热管要穿过水平放置的折流板,由于安装的需要,折流板孔径要大于换热管,间隙较大,不但容易出现流体从间隙中直接流出,减少了折流作用,更严重的是容易发生换热管与折流板之间的振动碰撞,造成碰伤和振动疲劳,使换热管破裂,发生事故。国内外曾投入大量人力物力也未有更好的解决办法。特别是对于采用专利号为93228519.8“超薄型波纹管换热元件”制造的管壳式波纹管换热器,由于管壁很薄,这种振动和碰撞更容易发生。对这种高效换热器来说,这一问题已经构成推广应用的障碍。另外,由于波纹管的形状具有波峰和波谷,当波谷与折流板吻合时,间隙更大,出现流体短路与振动、碰撞的程度更为严重。
本实用新型的任务是提供一种新型结构的波纹管换热器,达到工作时流体无短路可能,换热管也不受振动与碰撞的损害的目的,使效率更高、更安全可靠,从而解决了波纹管换热器的主要问题。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它包括壳体、换热波纹管、加热介质进口、加热介质出口、被加热介质进口、被加热液体出口,其特征是:换热波纹管采用盘旋式排列,管间用盘旋隔板隔开。
换热波纹管和盘旋隔板呈单盘旋或双盘旋。
各盘旋板间距一致或不一致。
图1是本实用新型的总体示意图。
图2是本实用新型换热管和盘旋隔板双盘旋排列示意图。
图3是本实用新型换热管和盘旋隔板单盘旋排列示意图。
根据附图1-2,本实用新型如已有的换热器,也包括封头1、壳体4、波纹管换热元件2、水-水交换用加热水进口5、加热水出口6、被加热水进口7、被加热水出口8。如果汽水交换,则被加热水进口5、被加热水出口6、蒸汽进口8、汽冷凝水出口7。要点是它的波纹管换热元件2成双盘旋排列,每层管间采用盘旋板3分开,盘旋板的中心点固定在上下底板上,外端固定在壳体4上,管2与板3之间无间隙。
根据附图3,本例波纹管换热元件2及盘旋板3均以单盘旋布置。随着换热管径的变化,隔板间距也随之变化。
本实用新型的优点是:壳体介质在盘旋板与换热管的波谷间流动,这样,一方面换热管之间完全由旋板隔开,无短路可能,提高了传热效果;另一方面,换热管被无间隙地夹在旋板之间,消除了振动与碰撞的可能,提高了可靠性。同时,由于壳程介质流动的流道变化复杂,其湍流程度大大提高,这也解决了波纹管换热器的壳程湍流不充分,影响传热的问题。
Claims (3)
1、旋流式波纹管换热器,它包括壳体、换热波纹管、加热介质进口、加热介质出口、被加热介质进口、被加热液体出口,其特征是:换热波纹管采用盘旋式排列,管间用盘旋隔板隔开。
2、根据权利要求1所述的旋流式波纹管换热器,其特征是:换热波纹管和盘旋隔板呈单盘旋或双盘旋。
3、根据权利要求1所述的旋流式波纹管换热器,其特征是:各盘旋板间距一致或不一致。
