Claims (6)

MHC複合体に結合するが、MHC複合体の解離した成分には結合しないモノクローナル抗体に接触させた後のMHC単量体に対する結合を決定して、該抗体の結合により、単量体と推定のMHC結合ペプチドとが結合していることが示される段階。 - 以下の段階を含む、MHCクラスII単量体または改変MHCクラスII単量体と、その推定のMHC結合ペプチドとの結合を決定する方法:
推定のMHC結合ペプチドの存在下および非存在下で複数のMHC単量体または改変MHC単量体が結合した固体表面を、適したペプチドローディング条件でインキュベートして、適したMHC結合ペプチドを含む複合体を形成する段階、ならびに
MHC単量体と推定のMHC結合ペプチドとの結合を決定する段階。 - 以下の段階を含む、推定のMHC結合ペプチドに関するMHCクラスI単量体または改変MHCクラスI単量体の結合親和性の程度を決定する方法:
