Abstract
Description
本発明は、コアが偏心して配置され、繊維の感触が非常に柔らかくかつ繊維の潜在的なクリンプ加工性(latent crimp)が高い、コア成分としてポリエステル及びスキン成分としてポリエチレンを有するコア/スキンタイプの2成分繊維に関するものである。
標準的なポリエステルのコアが偏心し、スキンにポリエチレンを有する断面を有する紡糸製品を、2成分紡糸装置で製造する。50/50のコア/スキン比の、全体の押出量は、827ホールのノズルで1紡糸ポイント当たり380g/分であった。設定された個々の紡糸繊度は4.60dtexであった。延伸速度は1,000m/分であった。ポリエステルの物質温度は285℃であり、ポリエチレンの物質温度は265℃であった。紡糸フィラメントを、500mmの吹込長にわたって、280m3/hの空気量で、40℃の空気温度で、内部/外部吹込をする(internal/external blowing)ことによって冷却した。また、これらを一緒にまとめる前に、一般的な艶出し加工で調製した。
Claims (12)
- 繊維の断面積に対するスキン部分が35〜70%である、偏心コア/スキン繊維を、コア成分としてのポリエステル及びスキン成分としてのポリエチレンを、600〜2,000m/分の紡糸速度で、融解紡糸することによって製造し、このようにして得られた繊維を40〜70℃の温度でかつVVmax±20%の比(この際、VVmaxは1cm当たりのアークの数が最大に達する際の延伸比を意味する)で延伸した後、圧縮けん縮する、柔らかな感触を有しかつ潜在的なクリンプ性が改善されるコア/スキンタイプの偏心2成分繊維の製造方法。
- 紡糸速度が600〜1,400m/分である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 延伸は50〜60℃の温度で行なわれる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 2成分繊維は、偏心性の高いコア/スキン繊維として製造される、請求項1〜3の少なくとも1項に記載の方法。
- ポリエチレンテレフタレートがポリエステルとして使用される、請求項1〜4の少なくとも1項に記載の方法。
- 繊維は、延伸後、2〜7dtexの繊度で製造される、請求項1〜5の少なくとも1項に記載の方法。
- 延伸は、1.4〜2.4±20%の範囲のVVmax比で行なわれる、請求項1〜6の少なくとも1項に記載の方法。
- 衛生製品を製造するための請求項1〜7の少なくとも1項に記載の方法に従って製造される2成分繊維の使用。
- 衛生織物を製造するための請求項8に記載の使用。
- 不織布を製造するための請求項9に記載の使用。
- オムツを製造するための請求項9または10に記載の使用。
- タオルまたはライナーを製造するための請求項9または10に記載の使用。
