Abstract

【課題】シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ等に用いられている手動ポンプ容器は、詰め替え用補充液の注入口がなく、ポンプ本体を取り外して注入する為、入れ過ぎて補充液が漏れたり、取り外したポンプに付いている内容液が床を汚す事があった。ポンプ部を外さず液補充出来る手動ポンプ容器の提供。
【解決手段】プラスチック製容器本体1の上部に注入口３を取り付け、手動ポンプを外すことなく詰め替え用液体を補充する。

Description

この発明は、シャンプー、ボディーソープ等の容器に用いる手動ポンプに関する。
従来のシャンプー等の容器に用いられている手動ポンプの形状は、図２に示すように、容器本体１の上部にポンプ２が設けられたものである。
しかしながら、以上の技術によれば、詰め替え用液体（シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ等）を注入する際、ポンプ部を取り外さなければならない為、ポンプ先に僅かに残った液体が床を汚す事や、又ポンプ先にゴミが付いて内部が不潔になる事があった。
そこで、この発明は、ポンプ部を取り外さない注入口付き手動ポンプを提供することを課題とする。
以上の課題を解決するために、第一発明は、注ぎ口を付けたことを特徴とする手動ポンプである。
また、第二発明は、注ぎ口は容器上部に設けられ、詰め替え用液体（シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ等）を、ポンプ部を取り外す事なく注入する事が出来る事を特徴とする手動ポンプである。
第一発明によれば、手動ポンプに注入口を設けたので、詰め替え用液体補充の際に、ポンプ先に僅かに残った液体が床を汚す事や、又ポンプ先にゴミが付いて内部が不潔になる事がなくなる。また、第二発明によれば、注ぎ口を上部に設けた事により内容液補充の際に注入しやすく、溢れ出る事を防ぐ。
この発明の一実施形態を、図１に示す。
手動ポンプの容器本体１はプラスチック製であり、この本体１の上部には、ポンプ２が設けられている。この本体１には注入口３が設けられている。
「実施形態の効果」
この実施形態によれば、詰め替え用液体補充の際、ポンプを取り外す手間が省ける。取り外したポンプの置き場に困る事がない。ポンプ先に残った内溶液で床を汚すことがない。内容液補充後ポンプを戻す時、入れ過ぎで溢れる心配がない。ポンプ先を汚して、内容液が不潔になる事がない。

  1. 注ぎ口を付けたことを特徴とする手動ポンプ
  2. 前記注ぎ口は容器上部に設けられ、詰め替え用液体（シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ等）を、ポンプ部を取り外す事なく注入する事が出来る事を特徴とする請求項１記載の手動ポンプ。
