本申请实施例的可拆卸式容器,通过设置罐体10以及与罐体10可拆卸连接的罐盖20,且罐体10内开设有第一存储腔11,这样,便可通过第一存储腔11存储护理品;在通过在罐盖20上开设出液孔22,便可通过外部的装置连接出液孔22并将第一存储腔11内的护理品取出,通过压力平衡孔23平衡第一存储腔11内的气压,使得在将护理品从第一存储腔11内取出时较顺畅,克服了现有的护理品均是通过用户手动将护理品等从瓶中取出,而无法配合其他装置实现自动将护理品取出的技术问题;再通过设置注液孔24,一方面,可便于外部的装置连接注液孔24,并通过注液孔24向第一存储腔11内注入护理品,便于在护理品使用结束后补充护理品;另一方面,在注液孔24处设有注液塞34,使得注液塞34可防止外部的杂质进入第一存储腔11影响护理品的品质,降低护理品的保质时间,使得可有效提高可拆卸式容器的用户体验效果。
具体地,在使用时,压力平衡孔23处连接有防水透气结构,可为防水透气膜或单向阀等结构,这样,在使用时,随着用户使用角度的变换,护理品不会从压力平衡孔23处流出。
具体地,在本实施例中,在容器装置与外部的装置配合使用时,通过取下注液塞34,便可通过注液孔24对容器装置注入护理品,实现使用与注液同步进行。此外,当容器装置未与外部的装置配合使用时,还可通过压力平衡孔23、出液孔22对容器装置注入护理品,或直接拆卸开罐体10与罐盖20,直接从罐体10注入护理品,再将罐体10与罐盖20固定,便可在容器装置内注入护理品。
进一步地,如图6所示,在本实施例中,第一存储腔11的底部为凸形结构。通过将第一存储腔11设为凸形结构,即第一存储腔11的中心点处的高度低于第一存储腔11边缘的高度,这样,随着用户的使用角度的变换,可将第一存储腔11内的护理品全部取出。
进一步地,如图5所示,在本实施例中,罐盖20的朝向罐体10一侧开设有与第一存储腔11对应的第二存储腔21,且第二存储腔21为与第一存储腔11对应的凸型结构,即当罐盖20盖合在罐体10上时,第二存储腔21的中心处的高度高于第二存储腔21边缘的高度,出液孔22、压力平衡孔23以及注液孔24分别与第二存 储腔21连通。通过开设第二存储腔21,且第二存储腔21为凸型结构,使得在罐盖20与罐体10连接时,第一存储腔11与第二存储腔21合围形成一个纵向截面类似椭圆形跑道的内腔,具体地,出液孔22设置于第二存储腔21的最高处,当护理品快要使用完时,可通过变换可拆卸式容器的角度,例如翻转容器,以将护理品全部取出。
进一步地,如图2~5所示,在本实施例中,第一存储腔11内还设有出液管25,进液管的一端与出液孔22连通。通过设置出液管25,且一端与出液孔22连通,另一端设置于第一存储腔11内,可通过出液管25将存储于第一存储腔11内的护理品取出,且护理品不会从其他出口流出。
进一步地,如图5所示,在本实施例中,出液管25的另一端还设有重力球26,重力球26上开设有与进液管连通的通孔261。具体地,出液管25为软管,这样,随着可拆卸式容器的使用环境的变化,软管也能在重力球26的作用下,在第一存储腔11与第二存储腔21围合形成的内腔内变换位置,即使可拆卸式容器处于多个不同放置角度,第一重力球26也可时刻位于内腔的最低点,便于将护理品全部取出。
可以理解的,罐盖20与罐体10连接合围形成一个由第一存储腔11与第二存储腔21组成的内腔,罐体10的内腔底部为第一存储腔11的凸型结构,但是罐体10的外侧底面为基本平整的形状,或者伸出可以平稳支撑罐体10及该可拆卸式容器的支架,以使罐体10能够平放在平整台面上。
进一步地,如图1~4所示,在本实施例中,通孔261的数量为多个且分布于重力球26上。由于可在可拆卸式容器内存储护理品或精油等护理品,再通过外部的装置将护肤品或精油等护理品取出,可便于用户使用,但是在使用时可能会造成通孔261的堵塞,通过开设多个通孔261,使得在单个通孔261堵塞的情况下,仍可继续使用,有效延长了重力球26的使用寿命,提升用户满意度。
进一步地,在本实施例中,多个通孔261均匀等间距分布与重力球26上。通过将多个通孔261均匀设置,使得通过重力球26对护理品的取液较均匀。
具体地,重力球26与出液管25可拆卸连接,便可通过更换不同的通孔261数量以及通孔261大小的重力球26,这样,便可控制重力球26的最大出液量,进而控 制可拆卸式容器的最大出液量,避免在使用时造成护理品浪费。
进一步地,在本实施例中,由于该可拆卸式容器大多用以储存护理品,对于容易渗出的油类护理品和具有一定腐蚀能力的护理品储存不易,容易出现漏液等现象,因此,将罐体10通过玻璃材质、铝合金材质或聚丙烯材质等材质制备。由于护理品为护肤品、精油或香水等,所以可能在较长使用时间后容易导致材质损坏,进而降低可拆卸式容器的使用寿命,通过使用玻璃材质、铝合金材质或聚丙烯材质制作罐体10和罐盖20,且玻璃材质、铝合金材质或聚丙烯材质具有较佳的耐腐蚀能力,这样,可拆卸式容器的使用寿命更长。具体地,罐体10以及罐盖20还可为耐腐蚀的其他材质结构,此处并不对罐体10以及罐盖20的具体材质作出限定。
进一步地,如图1~4所示,在本实施例中,罐盖20的顶部还设有高于出液孔22以及压力平衡孔23并向上延伸的连接件27,连接件27覆盖在出液孔22上且开设有与出液孔22连通的出液通道271,连接件27也可同时覆盖在压力平衡孔23上并开设有与压力平衡孔23连通的压力平衡通道272。通过设置连接件27,使得外部的装置便于与出液孔22连接,这样,进而配合使用以满足用户的不同使用需求。
进一步地,如图3或图4所示,在本实施例中,连接件27包括底座273以及并排设于底座273上的第一管道274和第二管道275,第一管道274与出液通道271连通,第二管道275与压力平衡通道272连通。通过设置第一管道274与第二管道275,便可在第一管道274处连接外部的装置,使得外部的装置可方便的将护理品取出,也可将防水透气结构设于第二管道275处,这样,便于外部的装置与可拆卸式容器连接并配合使用。
进一步地,在本实施例中,第一管道274与第二管道275设于底座273的侧面,且第一管道274与第二管道275均与底座273的上表面垂直。通过将第一管道274与第二管道275设于底座273的侧面,相对于将第一管道274与第二管道275设置在容器的顶端,在外部的装置连接容器装置时,减少可拆卸式容器与外部装置连接时的长度,便于用户使用。进一步地,如图5所示,在本实施例中,注液孔24位于出液孔22以及压力平衡孔23的连接线的中垂线上,第一管道274与第二管 道275的设置方向与出液孔22以及压力平衡孔23的连接线的中垂线方向平行。通过将注液孔24设置于出液孔22以及压力平衡孔23的连接线的中垂线,可有效控制出液孔22、压力平衡孔23以及注液孔24占用的面积,进而有效控制可拆卸式容器的体积。
具体地,第一管道274与第二管道275的设置方向指向注液孔24设置方向。
进一步地,如图2所示,在本实施例中,可拆卸式容器还包括连接套件30,连接套件30包括固定件31以及设于固定件31上的第一管道套件32以及第二管道套件33,且所述注液塞34设于所述连接套件30上,第一管道套件32与第一管道274位置对应,第二管道套件33与第二管道275位置对应。在可拆卸式容器的运输与保持过程中,通过设置连接套件30,便可通过连接套件30将出液孔22、压力平衡孔23以及注液孔24堵塞,这样,可保持第一存储腔11以及存储腔内的清洁,避免外部的尘埃等杂质污染可拆卸式容器。此外,第一管道套件32与第二管道套件33也可以设置为管塞或其它可将第一管道274以及第二管道275堵塞的结构,本申请对此不作出唯一限定。
进一步地,如图2所示,在本实施例中,第二存储腔21内设有内螺纹,罐体10的顶部设有外螺纹,罐盖20与罐体10通过螺纹连接。通过将罐体10与罐盖20螺纹连接,使得罐体10与罐盖20的连接更稳定。
进一步地,如图2所示,在本实施例中,第二存储腔21还设有防水密封圈35,罐盖20与罐体10连接时通过防水密封圈35抵接。通过设置防水密封圈35,使得在使用时,护理品也不会从罐盖20与罐体10的连接处流出,保障了罐盖20与罐体10连接的密封性。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种可拆卸式容器,用于储存护理品,其特征在于:包括罐体以及设于所述罐体上方的罐盖,所述罐体内开设能够用于存储所述护理品的第一存储腔,所述罐盖与所述罐体可拆卸连接并封盖所述第一存储腔,所述罐盖上开设有出液孔、压力平衡孔以及注液孔,所述出液孔、所述压力平衡孔以及所述注液孔均与所述第一存储腔连通,所述注液孔处设有可拆卸的注液塞。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸式容器,其特征在于:所述第一存储腔的底部为凸形结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可拆卸式容器,其特征在于:所述罐盖的朝向所述罐体一侧开设有与所述第一存储腔对应的第二存储腔,且所述第二存储腔的底部为与所述第一存储腔的底部对应的凸形结构,所述出液孔、所述压力平衡孔以及所述注液孔分别与所述第二存储腔连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可拆卸式容器,其特征在于:所述第一存储腔内还设有出液管,所述进液管的一端与所述出液孔连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可拆卸式容器,其特征在于:所述出液管的另一端还设有重力球,所述重力球上开设有与所述出液管连通的通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可拆卸式容器,其特征在于:所述通孔的数量为多个且分布于所述重力球上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可拆卸式容器,其特征在于:多个所述通孔均匀等间距分布与所述重力球上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸式容器,其特征在于:所述罐体为玻璃材质、铝合金材质或聚丙烯材质。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸式容器,其特征在于:所述罐盖远离所述罐体的一侧还设有连接件,所述连接件覆盖在所述出液孔上并开设有与所述出液孔连通的出液通道,且所述连接件同时覆盖 于所述压力平衡孔上并开设有与所述压力平衡孔连通的压力平衡通道。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可拆卸式容器,其特征在于:所述连接件包括底座以及并排设于所述底座上的第一管道和第二管道,所述第一管道与所述出液通道连通,所述第二管道与所述压力平衡通道连通。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的可拆卸式容器,其特征在于:所述第一管道与所述第二管道设于所述底座的侧面,且所述第一管道与所述第二管道均与所述底座垂直。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的可拆卸式容器,其特征在于:所述注液孔位于所述出液孔以及所述压力平衡孔的连接线的中垂线上,所述第一管道与所述第二管道的设置方向与所述出液孔以及所述压力平衡孔的连接线的中垂线方向平行。
  13. 根据权利要求10~12任一项所述的可拆卸式容器,其特征在于:所述可拆卸式容器还包括连接套件,所述连接套件包括固定件以及设于固定件上的第一管道套件以及第二管道套件,且所述注液塞设于所述连接套件上,所述第一管道套件与所述第一管道位置对应,所述第二管道套件与所述第二管道位置对应。
  14. 根据权利要求3所述的可拆卸式容器,其特征在于:所述第二存储腔内设有内螺纹,所述罐体的顶部设有外螺纹,所述罐盖与所述罐体通过螺纹连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的可拆卸式容器,其特征在于:所述第二存储腔还设有防水密封圈,所述罐盖与所述罐体连接时通过所述防水密封圈抵接。
