Abstract
【解決手段】 パーキング位置Pからパーキングセレクト位置P-select へ向かうに従ってガイド溝72の幅寸法が狭くなるように、外溝壁72aが車両後方側へ傾斜させられているため、シフトレバーの振れやガタツキが抑制されるとともに、パーキングセレクト位置P-select におけるシフトレバーの移動方向の変化角度が直角〜鈍角になって、スムーズにシフト方向(R-select 側)へ移動操作できるようになる。また、パーキングセレクト位置P-select 付近ではシフトレバーの遊びが小さいため、P抜き操作を阻止するシフトロック部材の幅寸法を小さくすることが可能で、そのシフトロック部材の配設スペースが小さくなって、装置の小型化や軽量化が可能となる。

Description
図1は、本発明が適用された車両用シフトレバー装置10の概略構成を示す斜視図で、図2は車両用シフトレバー装置10の構成要素であるシフトレバー12の一部を省略した分解斜視図である。この車両用シフトレバー装置10は、センターコンソール部分に配設されて使用されるもので、車両のフロア等に一体的に固設されるベース部材14に配設されている。ベース部材14には、略水平で且つ車両の幅方向と略平行な軸心O1 (図2参照)まわりに回動可能にシフト軸16が配設されているとともに、そのシフト軸16には、シフト軸16の軸心O1 に対して直交し且つ略水平で、車両の前後方向と略平行な軸心O2 を有するセレクト軸60が設けられ、その軸心O2 まわりに回動可能にシフトレバー12が配設されている。すなわち、シフトレバー12は、シフト軸16の軸心O1 まわりに回動可能で車両の前後方向へ移動操作できるとともに、軸心O2 まわりに回動可能で車両の幅方向へも移動操作できる。ベース部材14は、車両前後方向と略平行な一対の前後方向壁18(図1には一方しか図示せず)および車両幅方向と略平行な一対の幅方向壁20が一体的に連結された略矩形の枠形状の側壁を備えており、シフト軸16はその一対の前後方向壁18に跨がって軸心O1 まわりに回動可能に配設されている。
Claims (1)
- ガイド溝によってシフトレバーの移動経路が規定されており、駐車用のパーキング位置から他の操作位置へ移動操作する際に、該パーキング位置からセレクト方向へ離間した中間位置へ移動操作した後、該セレクト方向と直角なシフト方向へ移動操作するように、前記ガイド溝が該中間位置で略直角に折れ曲がっている車両用シフトレバー装置において、
前記パーキング位置における前記ガイド溝の幅寸法は前記シフトレバーの太さより大きいとともに、前記中間位置へ向かうに従って幅寸法が狭くなるように、該ガイド溝の一対の溝壁のうち該中間位置における折れ曲がり方向と反対側の外溝壁が、該中間位置へ向かうに従って該折れ曲がり方向へ傾斜させられている
ことを特徴とする車両用シフトレバー装置。
