Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明による電子制御サスペンション装置は、空気バネの圧力作用容積を広げるように、圧力作用空間に連結された容積拡張器、圧力作用空間と容積拡張器との間の連結状態を開閉する容積調節弁を有するエアサスペンションと、運転者のボタン操作に応じて、モード設定キー信号を印加するモード変更スイッチと、モード変更スイッチのモード設定キー信号に対応して、車両のサスペンション特性を示すための弁制御信号を出力する電子制御ユニットと、 弁制御信号に応じて容積調節弁を開閉して、空気バネのスプリングレートを、既設定された範囲通りに調節して、車両のサスペンション特性を強制設定する空気バネ容積調節部とを備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 車体と車軸との間に設けられ、車両走行中、車軸が路面から受ける振動や衝撃を吸収するダンパーと、
前記ダンパーの外側に設けられるエアピストンと、
前記エアピストンと結合され、空気バネの役割をするゴム管と、
前記ゴム管の上部に結合され、前記ダンパーのピストンロッドの上端側と結合されるキャップと、
前記キャップの外部に取り付けられ、前記ゴム管の圧力作用容積を広げるように、前記ゴム管の内部に連結された容積拡張器と、
前記ゴム管の内部と前記容積拡張器との間の連結状態を開閉して、前記ゴム管の圧力作用容積を決定する容積調節弁とを備えることを特徴とするエアサスペンション。 - 車体と車軸との間に設けられ、車両走行中、車軸が路面から受ける振動や衝撃を吸収するダンパーと、
前記ダンパーと別途に、車体と車軸との間に設けられるエアピストンと、
前記エアピストンと結合され、空気バネの役割をするゴム管と、
前記ゴム管の上部に結合されるキャップと、
前記キャップの外部に取り付けられ、前記ゴム管の圧力作用容積を広げるように、前記ゴム管の内部に連結された容積拡張器と、
前記ゴム管の内部と前記容積拡張器との間の連結状態を開閉して、前記ゴム管の圧力作用容積を決定する容積調節弁とを備えることを特徴とするエアサスペンション。 - 前記容積拡張器が、前記エアピストンの外部に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のエアサスペンション。
- 空気バネの圧力作用容積を広げるように、前記圧力作用空間に連結された容積拡張器、前記圧力作用空間と前記容積拡張器との間の連結状態を開閉する容積調節弁を有するエアサスペンションと、
運転者のボタン操作に応じて、モード設定キー信号を印加するモード変更スイッチと、
前記モード変更スイッチのモード設定キー信号に対応して、 前記車両のサスペンション特性を示すための弁制御信号を出力する電子制御ユニットと、
前記弁制御信号に応じて前記容積調節弁を開閉して、前記空気バネの圧力作用容積を調節することにより、前記空気バネのスプリングレートを調節し、前記弁制御信号に応じて前記容積調節弁を開閉して、前記空気バネのスプリングレートを、既設定された範囲通りに調節して、前記車両のサスペンション特性を強制設定する空気バネ容積調節部とを備えることを特徴とする電子制御サスペンション装置。 - 前記弁制御信号が、前記モード変更スイッチからのハードモード設定キー信号に対応するハードモード特性制御信号であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電子制御サスペンション装置。
- 前記ハードモード特性制御信号が、前記容積調節弁を閉にして前記空気バネのスプリングレートを上げることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電子制御サスペンション装置。
- 前記弁制御信号が、前記モード変更スイッチからのソフトモード設定キー信号に対応するソフトモード特性制御信号であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電子制御サスペンション装置。
- 前記ソフトモード特性制御信号が、前記容積調節弁を開にして前記空気バネのスプリングレートを下げることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電子制御サスペンション装置。
