Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によるエアサスペンションは、車体と車軸との間に設けられ、車両走行中、車軸が路面から受ける振動や衝撃を吸収するエアピストン11と、エアピストンの上端に結合され、空気バネの役割をするゴム管12と、ゴム管の上部に結合されるキャップ14と、空気バネの圧力作用容積を広げるように、ゴム管の内部に連結された容積拡張器16と、ゴム管の内部と容積拡張器との間の連結状態を開閉して、空気バネの圧力作用容積を決定する容積調節弁17とを備える。

Claims (5)
- 車体と車軸との間に設けられ、車両走行中、車軸が路面から受ける振動や衝撃を吸収するエアピストンと、
前記エアピストンの上端に結合され、空気バネの役割をするゴム管と、
前記ゴム管の上部に結合されるキャップと、
前記空気バネの圧力作用容積を広げるように、前記ゴム管の内部に連結された容積拡張器と、
前記ゴム管の内部と前記容積拡張器との間の連結状態を開閉して、前記空気バネの圧力作用容積を決定する容積調節弁とを備えることを特徴とするエアサスペンション。 - 前記容積拡張器は、前記キャップの外部に取り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアサスペンション。
- 空気バネの圧力作用容積を広げるように、前記圧力作用空間に連結された容積拡張器と、
前記圧力作用空間と前記容積拡張器との間の連結状態を開閉する容積調節弁とを有するエアサスペンションと、
車両の操舵角速度と車速に基づくアンチロール制御ロジックによって、弁制御信号を生成する電子制御ユニットと、
前記弁制御信号に応じて前記容積調節弁を開閉して前記空気バネの圧力作用容積を調節することにより、前記空気バネのスプリングレートを調節する空気バネ容積調節部とを備えることを特徴とする電子制御サスペンション装置。 - 前記電子制御ユニットの前記弁制御信号を出力する閾値は、前記車速やその他の車両状態に応じて可変する値を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電子制御サスペンション装置。
- 前記電子制御ユニットによる前記空気バネのスプリングレート調節制御の終了時点は、以前使用された閾値よりも低い値を有する他の閾値と比較して判断することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電子制御サスペンション装置。
