Description
Claims (11)
- サスペンションコントローラを有する車両の角に設けられた空気ばね上で使用するとともに該サスペンションコントローラからのコマンドを受信する作動モジュールであって、前記空気ばねは距離、加速度、圧力及び温度のうちの一つまたは一つ以上を含む入力条件下にあり、その内部を貫通する開口を有する端部材を含む該作動モジュールは、
その内部を延びる流路を含み、該流路が前記開口と連通するように前記端部材上にて固定可能としたハウジング、
前記流路に沿って前記ハウジング上に支持され、開放流路状態と閉塞流路状態との間で選択的に作動可能とした弁アセンブリと、前記ハウジング上に支持され、前記入力条件を示す信号を出力する第一センサ、並びに、
前記ハウジング上に支持され、前記サスペンションコントローラと、前記弁アセンブリ及び第一センサとに対して電気的に連通する処理装置を具え、
前記処理装置は、前記サスペンションコントローラからのコマンドを、変換、暗号化、暗号解読、エンコード及び/又はデコードするとともに、該コマンドを実行して前記空気ばねを調節することを特徴とする作動モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の作動モジュールであって、前記弁アセンブリは、前記流路に沿って前記ハウジング上に支持された弁体及び該弁体と作動可能に関連するアクチュエータを含み、該アクチュエータは、該弁体が開放流路状態と閉塞流路状態との間で移動するよう作動可能であることを特徴とする作動モジュール。
- 請求項1に記載の作動モジュールであって、前記第一センサは、加速度計、圧力センサ、温度センサ及び距離センサのいずれか一つであることを特徴とする作動モジュール。
- 請求項1に記載の作動モジュールであって、前記処理装置と連通し、距離、加速度、圧力及び温度のうちの一つを含む第二の入力を示す信号を出力する第二センサを更に具えることを特徴とする作動モジュール。
- 請求項1に記載の作動モジュールであって、前記ハウジング上にて支持され、前記弁アセンブリ及び第一センサと連通する作動装置を更に具え、該作動装置は前記処理装置を含むことを特徴とする作動モジュール。
- 請求項5に記載の作動モジュールであって、前記作動装置は、前記処理装置と連通する電力接続インタフェースと通信インタフェースとの少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする作動モジュール。
- 制御命令を出力する監視サスペンションコントローラを含む車両上で使用される空気ばねアセンブリであって、該空気ばねアセンブリは、
その内部を貫通して延びる第一開口を有する第一端部材、
前記第一端部材から離間している第二端部材、
前記第一及び第二端部材間に固定され、それらの間にばねチャンバを少なくとも部分的に画定する可撓壁、
前記第一端部材上に支持され、前記第一開口を通して前記ばねチャンバと連通する弁アセンブリ、
前記第一端部材又は第二端部材上に支持され、センサ信号を出力可能なセンサであって距離、加速度、圧力及び温度のうちの一つまたは一つ以上を含む入力条件を検出するセンサ、並びに、
前記第一端部材上に支持され、前記監視サスペンションコントローラと、前記弁アセンブリと、前記センサとに対して電気的に連通する信号処理装置を具え、
前記信号処理装置は、前記監視サスペンションコントローラから制御命令を受信し、該制御命令を制御信号に変換し、該制御信号を前記弁アセンブリに送信して前記制御命令を実行させることを特徴とする空気ばねアセンブリ。 - 請求項7に記載の空気ばねアセンブリであって、前記第一端部材上に支持され、前記弁アセンブリ及びセンサと連通する作動装置を更に具え、該作動装置は、前記信号処理装置を含むことを特徴とする空気ばねアセンブリ。
- 車両サスペンションシステムであって、該システムは、
監視サスペンション制御ユニット、
第一端部材、該第一端部材から離間している第二端部材、及びその両者間に固定され、ばねチャンバの少なくとも一部を画定する可撓壁を含む空気ばね、
該第一端部材及び第二端部材のいずれか一方の上に支持され、該監視サスペンション制御ユニットと電気的に連通する信号処理装置、
該第一端部材及び該第二端部材のいずれか一方の上に支持されるセンサであって、該信号処理装置と連通し、センサ信号を出力可能なセンサであって距離、加速度、圧力及び温度のうちの一つまたは一つ以上を含む入力条件を検出するセンサ、並びに、
該信号処理装置と連通し、該空気ばねと作動可能に関連している弁アセンブリを具え、
前記信号処理装置は、前記監視サスペンション制御ユニットから制御命令を受信し、該制御命令を制御信号に変換し、該制御信号を前記弁アセンブリに送信して前記制御命令を実行させることを特徴とする車両サスペンションシステム。 - 車両サスペンションシステムの作動方法であって、該作動方法は、
a)監視サスペンションコントローラ、空気ばねを含む空気ばねアセンブリ、距離、加速度、圧力及び温度のうちの一つまたは一つ以上を含む入力条件を検出するセンサ及び信号処理装置、並びに、該監視サスペンションコントローラ及び該信号処理装置間にて延びる通信ネットワークを含む車両サスペンションシステムを準備し、
b)該センサを用いてセンサ出力信号を発生させ、該センサ出力信号を該信号処理装置に対して送信し、
c)該信号処理装置を用いて、該センサ出力信号に対応する第一通信信号を発生させ、
d)該第一通信信号を該監視サスペンションコントローラに対して送信し、
e)該監視サスペンションコントローラを用いて該第一通信信号を処理し、
f)該監視サスペンションコントローラを用いて、該第一通信信号の少なくとも一部に基づき、空気ばねアセンブリの調整の判定を行い、該判定に対応した制御命令を該監視サスペンションコントローラを用いて発生させ、
g)前記制御命令を前記信号処理装置に対して送信し、
h)前記制御命令を前記信号処理装置を用いて制御信号に変換し、
i)前記制御信号を前記弁アセンブリに送信して前記制御命令を実行させ、前記弁アセンブリが前記空気ばねアセンブリの高さを調整することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法であって、前記空気ばねアセンブリに沿って支持され、前記信号処理装置と作動可能に連通する弁アセンブリを準備し、また、該方法は、前記制御命令に対応する弁駆動信号を発生させ、その弁駆動のために該弁アセンブリに対して該弁駆動信号を送信することを更に含むことを特徴とする方法。
