Abstract
【解決手段】電解質層を燃料極と酸素極とで挟持した燃料電池に挟まれるセパレータユニットであって、前記燃料極に供給されるガスと前記酸素極に供給されるガスとを遮断する板状のセパレータ本体と、該セパレータ本体の一側又は両側に設けられ、網目状の開口を備え、前記燃料極又は酸素極に当接して前記燃料電池で発生した熱を放熱する集電体とを有し、該集電体は、開口率が重力方向に変化する。

Claims (5)
- 電解質層を燃料極と酸素極とで挟持した燃料電池に挟まれるセパレータユニットであって、
前記燃料極に供給されるガスと前記酸素極に供給されるガスとを遮断する板状のセパレータ本体と、
該セパレータ本体の一側又は両側に設けられ、網目状の開口を備え、前記燃料極又は酸素極に当接して前記燃料電池で発生した熱を放熱する集電体とを有し、
該集電体は、開口率が重力方向に変化することを特徴とするセパレータユニット。 - 前記開口率は、重力方向の下方に行くに従って大きくなるように変化する請求項1に記載のセパレータユニット。
- 前記集電体は、重力方向に延在する交互に形成された凸条及び谷部を備える請求項1又は2に記載のセパレータユニット。
- 電解質層を燃料極と酸素極とで挟持した燃料電池が、セパレータユニットを挟んで積層されている燃料電池スタックであって、
前記セパレータユニットは、前記燃料極に供給されるガスと前記酸素極に供給されるガスとを遮断する板状のセパレータ本体と、
該セパレータ本体の一側又は両側に設けられ、網目状の開口を備え、前記燃料極又は酸素極に当接して前記燃料電池で発生した熱を放熱する集電体とを備え、
該集電体は、開口率が燃料電池の積層方向と直交する方向に変化することを特徴とする燃料電池スタック。 - 前記開口率は、重力方向の下方に行くに従って大きくなるように変化する請求項4に記載の燃料電池スタック。
