【解決手段】酸素ナノバブル水に頭部を浸ける手段と、前記頭部を焙焼する手段と、前記頭部を亜臨界または超臨界状態の流体で抽出する手段とからなることを特徴とする方法を提供する。

Claims (7)
- 酸素ナノバブル水に魚介類を浸ける工程と、前記魚介類を焙焼する工程と、前記魚介類を亜臨界または超臨界状態の流体で前記魚介類に含有する有効成分を獲得した酸素ナノバブルを抽出する工程と、からなることを特徴とする酸素ナノバブルを利用した魚介類焙焼有効成分抽出方法。
- 酸素ナノバブル水に魚介類を浸ける工程と、前記魚介類を焙焼する工程と、前記魚介類に超音波を照射して前記魚介類に含有する有効成分を獲得した酸素ナノバブルを抽出する工程と、からなることを特徴とする酸素ナノバブルを利用した魚介類焙焼有効成分抽出方法。
- 前記酸素ナノバブル水は、気泡の直径が200nm以下であって、前記気泡内に酸素を含有する水溶液である請求項1または2に記載の酸素ナノバブルを利用した魚介類焙焼有効成分抽出方法。
- 前記魚介類を亜臨界または超臨界状態の流体で前記魚介類に含有する有効成分を獲得した酸素ナノバブルを抽出する工程において、前記流体が二酸化炭素の場合、28〜35℃で60〜80気圧の状態で有効成分を抽出する請求項1に記載の酸素ナノバブルを利用した魚介類焙焼有効成分抽出方法。
- 前記魚介類に超音波を照射して有効成分を獲得した酸素ナノバブルを抽出する工程において、28〜200kHzの周波数の超音波を照射する請求項2に記載の酸素ナノバブルを利用した魚介類焙焼有効成分抽出方法。
- 前記魚介類とは、魚介類の頭部である請求項1乃至5に記載の酸素ナノバブルを利用した魚介類焙焼有効成分抽出方法。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の酸素ナノバブルを利用した魚介類焙焼有効成分抽出方法によって得られた有効成分を添加した魚肉加工品素材。
