Abstract
【解決手段】 ECUは、車間距離制御が実行中であって(S100にてYES)、アクセルペダル開度を検知して(S200)、検知されたアクセルペダル開度が車間距離制御が非実行中の開度しきい値(ダウンシフト変速線に対応)よりも小さく設定された開度しきい値(A)よりも大きいと(S300にてYES)、ダウンシフト指令を自動変速機に出力するステップ(S400)とを含む、プログラムを実行する。

CUに自車両と先行車両との距離を表わす信号を入力するミリ波レーダ500と、ECU400にアクセルペダルの開度を示す信号を入力するアクセルペダル開度センサ600とを含む。
Claims (2)
- 自車両と先行車両との車間距離が目標車間距離となるように少なくとも自動変速機を制御するための車間距離制御手段と、
運転者により操作される操作部における動力源の出力についての操作量を検知するための操作量検知手段と、
前記操作量検知手段により検知された操作量と予め定められた判定値とに基づいて、前記自動変速機における変速を実行するように判定するための変速判定手段と、
前記車間距離制御手段による車間距離制御実行時においては、前記判定値を変更するための変更手段とを含む、車両の制御装置。 - 前記変速判定手段は、前記操作量検知手段により検知された操作量が予め定められた判定値を越えると、前記自動変速機のダウンシフト変速を実行するように判定するための手段を含み、
前記変更手段は、前記車間距離制御手段による車間距離制御実行時においては、前記判定値を低下するように変更するための手段を含む、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
