Abstract
【解決手段】予備押出し時にワイヤ内腔を内層と一体成形するか、又は内層を予備押出ししてマンドレル上でワイヤ内腔を各々備えた二つのスパゲティチューブを180°離して内層の外面に沿って軸線方向に敷設する。変向ワイヤ40をワイヤ内腔内に供給する円筒形ワイヤ編成体を編成し、又は内層に(及びスパゲティチューブが設けられている場合にはスパゲティチューブにも)被せ、締め付ける。上述の構成要素をポリマー製の外層で取り囲む。熱収縮性チューブを外層に配置する。加圧流体を各ワイヤ内腔に注入し、各ワイヤ内腔の内径をこれらのワイヤ内腔の各々に受け入れられる変向ワイヤの直径よりも大きい直径に維持する。本体及び熱収縮性チューブを加熱して積層する。本体が十分に冷却した後、熱収縮性チューブを本体から除去する。

Claims (35)
- カテーテル又はシース用の可撓性チューブ状本体の製造方法において、
ワイヤ内腔を形成する工程、及び
流体を前記ワイヤ内腔に注入する工程を含む、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、流体を注入するときに変向ワイヤが前記ワイヤ内腔内に配置されている、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、流体は前記ワイヤ内腔の第1端に流入し、前記ワイヤ内腔の反対端から流出する、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、流体は前記ワイヤ内腔の第1端に注入されるが、ワイヤ内腔の反対端は塞がれており、そのため流体はワイヤ内腔を通って流れない、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記流体は気体である、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記流体は液体である、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記流体は約586.0495kPa(約85psig)で注入される、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、流体は、シリコーンゲル及びシリコーンオイルからなる群から選択された液体である、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、流体は、空気、窒素、アルゴン、及び二酸化炭素からなる群から選択された気体である、方法。

- 請求項12に記載の方法において、前記第1層はPTFEであり、前記ワイヤ内腔はPTFEであり、前記外層はPEBAである、方法。

- 請求項18に記載の方法において、前記加熱により前記内層及び前記外層を結合する、方法。
- 請求項18に記載の方法において、前記収縮ラップ層は、この収縮ラップ層を収縮させるため、約190℃乃至約220℃の温度範囲まで加熱される、方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法において、前記ワイヤ内腔は前記内層の少なくとも一部内に存在する、方法。
- 請求項21に記載の方法において、前記ワイヤ内腔は前記内層と同時押出しされる、方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法において、前記ワイヤ内腔は前記外層の少なくとも一部内に存在する、方法。
- 請求項23に記載の方法において、前記ワイヤ内腔はスパゲッティチューブとして予備押出しされ、前記外層の適用前に前記内層の外面に沿って敷設される、方法。
- 請求項1の方法に従って形成したカテーテル又はシース。
- 変向ワイヤを含み、この変向ワイヤの外径よりも大きな内径を持つワイヤ内腔内に前記変向ワイヤが設けられたカテーテル又はシース用の可撓性チューブ状本体において、前記本体の製造中、前記ワイヤ内腔に流体を注入し、前記内径が減少しないようにする、本体。
- 請求項26に記載の本体において、内層を更に含む、本体。
- 請求項27に記載の本体において、前記内層によって画定された中央内腔を更に含む、本体。
- 請求項27に記載の本体において、前記内層を取り囲む外層を更に含む、本体。
- 請求項28に記載の本体において、前記内層を取り囲むワイヤ編成体を更に含み、このワイヤ編成体は前記外層によって含浸される、本体。
- 請求項28に記載の本体において、前記ワイヤ内腔は前記内層の少なくとも一部内に設けられている、本体。
- 請求項31に記載の本体において、前記ワイヤ内腔は前記内層とともに予備押出しされる、本体。
- 請求項28に記載の本体において、前記ワイヤ内腔は前記外層の少なくとも一部内に設けられている、本体。
- 請求項33に記載の本体において、前記ワイヤ内腔は予備押出しされたスパゲッティチューブの部分であり、このスパゲッティチューブは、前記本体の製造中、前記内層の外面に沿って軸線方向に敷設される、本体。
