Abstract
【解決手段】大径側取付部12の外周面が断面円形状をなすとともに、内周部に径方向内方に向けて突出する複数の凸部24が周方向に分散して設けられた樹脂製ジョイントブーツ10において、大径側取付部の開口端面12Aにおける周方向の少なくとも一箇所に舌状片40を一体に突出形成する。また、大径側取付部12の内周面にアウターケース6よりも小径の密着内周部42を設けるとともに、大径側取付部の開口端部12Bにおける内周面にアウターケース6よりも大径のストレート穴状の拡径内周部44を設ける。

Claims (5)
- 周方向に複数の凹状部を有する外周形状のアウターケースに取り付けられる一端側の筒状の大径側取付部と、シャフトに取り付けられる他端側の筒状の小径側取付部と、両者を一体に連結する蛇腹部とを備え、
前記大径側取付部の外周面が断面円形状をなし、前記大径側取付部の内周部に径方向内方に向けて突出する複数の凸部が周方向に分散させて設けられた樹脂製ジョイントブーツにおいて、
前記大径側取付部の開口端面における周方向の少なくとも一箇所に舌状片が一体に突設されたことを特徴とする樹脂製ジョイントブーツ。 - 前記舌状片が前記大径側取付部の前記凸部において前記開口端面の外周縁に沿って設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の樹脂製ジョイントブーツ。
- 前記大径側取付部の内周面に前記アウターケースよりも小径の密着内周部が設けられて、前記大径側取付部が前記アウターケースに密着外嵌可能に構成されるとともに、前記大径側取付部の開口端部における内周面に前記アウターケースよりも大径のストレート穴状の拡径内周部が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の樹脂製ジョイントブーツ。
- 前記大径側取付部の内周面に前記アウターケースよりも小径の密着内周部が設けられて、前記大径側取付部が前記アウターケースに密着外嵌可能に構成されるとともに、前記大径側取付部の開口端部における内周面に開口端側ほど大径のテーパー穴状をなし、前記アウターケースよりも大径の端部を持つテーパー状内周部が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の樹脂製ジョイントブーツ。
- 前記テーパー状内周部は、前記凸部での軸方向寸法および径方向寸法が、周方向で隣り合う前記凸部間に位置する円弧状壁部での軸方向寸法および径方向寸法よりも大きく設定されたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の樹脂製ジョイントブーツ。
