前記蛇腹部を樹脂材で形成し、前記大径側取付け部を前記蛇腹部とは別体に前記蛇腹部よりも軟らかい樹脂材又はゴム部材で形成し、前記大径側取付け部に外嵌する嵌合筒部を前記蛇腹部の一端部に延設し、
前記大径側取付け部に前記アウターケースの被取付け部よりも小径の密着内周部を内周面の全周にわたって設けて、前記大径側取付け部を前記被取付け部に密着外嵌可能に構成するとともに、前記蛇腹部とは反対側の前記大径側取付け部の一端部に、前記被取付け部よりも大径のストレート穴状で、前記大径側取付け部を前記被取付け部に外嵌する際に前記被取付け部を案内する拡径内周部を内周面の全周にわたって設け、
前記凸部に、前記大径側取付け部の一端面側に開口し前記周方向に並ぶ複数の第1肉抜き穴と、他端面側に開口し前記周方向に並ぶ複数の第2肉抜き穴とを形成し、隣合う第1肉抜き穴同士を仕切る第1仕切り壁の幅と、隣合う第2肉抜き穴同士を仕切る第2仕切り壁の幅と、前記凸部の嵌合周壁部の肉厚とを同一又はほぼ同一に設定し、
前記複数の第1肉抜き穴と第2肉抜き穴との間の大径側取付け部分の肉厚を、前記第1仕切り壁の幅と、前記第2仕切り壁の幅と、前記嵌合周壁部の肉厚とのいずれよりも厚く設定してある点にある。
隣合う第1肉抜き穴同士を仕切る第1仕切り壁の幅と、隣合う第2肉抜き穴同士を仕切る第2仕切り壁の幅と、前記凸部の嵌合周壁部の肉厚とを同一又はほぼ同一に設定してあると、次の作用を奏することができる。
Claims (1)
- アウターケースの被取付け部に外嵌して取付けられる筒状の大径側取付け部と、シャフトに取付けられる小径側取付け部と、これらを連結する蛇腹部とを設け、前記大径側取付け部の外周面を断面円形状に形成するとともに、前記大径側取付け部の内周部に、径方向内方側に向けて突出する複数の凸部を周方向に分散させて設け、前記アウターケースの被取付け部に形成した複数の凹部に前記複数の凸部を各別に外嵌可能に構成してあるジョイントブーツであって、
前記蛇腹部を樹脂材で形成し、前記大径側取付け部を前記蛇腹部とは別体に前記蛇腹部よりも軟らかい樹脂材又はゴム部材で形成し、
前記大径側取付け部に外嵌する嵌合筒部を前記蛇腹部の一端部に延設し、前記大径側取付け部に前記アウターケースの被取付け部よりも小径の密着内周部を内周面の全周にわたって設けて、前記大径側取付け部を前記被取付け部に密着外嵌可能に構成するとともに、前記蛇腹部とは反対側の前記大径側取付け部の一端部に、前記被取付け部よりも大径のストレート穴状で、前記大径側取付け部を前記被取付け部に外嵌する際に前記被取付け部を案内する拡径内周部を内周面の全周にわたって設け、
前記凸部に、前記大径側取付け部の一端面側に開口し前記周方向に並ぶ複数の第1肉抜き穴と、他端面側に開口し前記周方向に並ぶ複数の第2肉抜き穴とを形成し、隣合う第1肉抜き穴同士を仕切る第1仕切り壁の幅と、隣合う第2肉抜き穴同士を仕切る第2仕切り壁の幅と、前記凸部の嵌合周壁部の肉厚とを同一又はほぼ同一に設定し、
前記複数の第1肉抜き穴と第2肉抜き穴との間の大径側取付け部分の肉厚を、前記第1仕切り壁の幅と、前記第2仕切り壁の幅と、前記嵌合周壁部の肉厚とのいずれよりも厚く設定してあるジョイントブーツ。
