Claims (30)
- 基板の一方の主面に記録および/または再生光を照射することで情報信号の記録および/または再生を行う光ディスクの製造方法において、
一方の主面にスタンパ基板によって情報層用の凹凸が形成された基板を成形するステップと、
上記凹凸が形成された基板の一方の主面上に情報層を形成するステップと、
上記情報層上に光透過性を有する保護層を形成するステップと、
上記基板の他方の主面に上記スタンパ基板または他の光ディスクの製造に使用したスタンパ基板を貼り合わせるステップとを有することを特徴とする光ディスクの製造方法。 - 基板の一方の主面に記録および/または再生光を照射することで情報信号の記録および/または再生を行う光ディスクの製造方法において、
一方の主面に第1の情報層用の凹凸が形成された基板を成形するステップと、
上記凹凸が形成された基板の一方の主面上に第1の情報層を形成するステップと、
上記第1の情報層上に光透過性を有する樹脂材料を塗布し、塗布した樹脂材料にスタンパ基板の凹凸を転写してから上記樹脂材料を硬化することで、上記第1の情報層上に第2の情報層用の凹凸が形成された中間層を形成するステップと、
上記中間層上に第2の情報層を形成するステップと、
上記第2の情報層上に光透過性を有する保護層を形成するステップと、
上記基板の他方の主面に上記スタンパ基板または他の光ディスクの製造に使用したスタンパ基板を貼り合わせるステップとを有することを特徴とする光ディスクの製造方法。 - 請求項2において、
上記スタンパ基板による凹凸の転写は、上記第1の情報層上に塗布した樹脂材料と上記スタンパ基板に塗布した樹脂材料とを共に半硬化させてから、または上記第1の情報層上に塗布した樹脂材料および上記スタンパ基板に塗布した樹脂材料のいずれか一方を半硬化させてから、または上記第1の情報層上に塗布した樹脂材料および上記スタンパ基板に塗布した樹脂材料のいずれか一方を半硬化させ、他方を硬化させてから、上記第1の情報層上に塗布した樹脂材料と上記スタンパ基板に塗布した樹脂材料とを貼り合わせ、上記スタンパ基板を剥離することによって行うことを特徴とする光ディスクの製造方法。 - 請求項2において、
上記スタンパ基板は、光透過性を有する材料からなり、上記樹脂材料として紫外線硬化型樹脂を用い、上記樹脂材料に上記スタンパ基板を通して紫外線を照射して上記樹脂材料を硬化させることを特徴とする光ディスクの製造方法。 - 請求項2において、
上記スタンパ基板を上記基板と同じ材料とすることを特徴とする光ディスクの製造方法。 - 請求項2において、
上記基板と上記スタンパ基板とを略同じ厚みとすることを特徴とする光ディスクの製造方法。 - 請求項2において、
上記基板と上記スタンパ基板とを2キャビティの射出成形機によって並行して成形することを特徴とする光ディスクの製造方法。 - 請求項2において、
上記スタンパ基板の凹凸が形成された主面上に、防湿性に優れ、且つ上記樹脂材料との剥離性が良好な薄膜を形成してから、上記中間層に上記スタンパ基板の凹凸を転写し、上記薄膜が外側となるように上記基板と上記スタンパ基板とを貼り合わせることを特徴とする光ディスクの製造方法。 - 請求項8において、
上記薄膜の材料に窒化シリコンを用いることを特徴とする光ディスクの製造方法。 - 請求項8において、
上記薄膜の材料に上記第1の情報層または上記第2の情報層の形成に用いる膜材を用いることを特徴とする光ディスクの製造方法。 - 請求項8において、

上記基板の他方の主面に貼り合わされた上記スタンパ基板または他の光ディスクの製造に使用したスタンパ基板とを有することを特徴とする光ディスク。 - 基板の一方の主面に記録および/または再生光を照射することで情報信号の記録および/または再生を行う光ディスクにおいて、
一方の主面に第1の情報層用の凹凸が形成された基板と、
上記凹凸が形成された基板の一方の主面上に形成された第1の情報層と、
上記第1の情報層上に光透過性を有する樹脂材料を塗布し、塗布した樹脂材料にスタンパ基板の凹凸を転写してから上記樹脂材料を硬化することで、上記第1の情報層上に第2の情報層用の凹凸が形成された中間層と、
上記中間層上に形成された第2の情報層と、
上記第2の情報層上に形成された光透過性を有する保護層と、
上記基板の他方の主面に貼り合わされた上記スタンパ基板または他の光ディスクの製造に使用したスタンパ基板とを有することを特徴とする光ディスク。 - 請求項17において、
上記スタンパ基板による凹凸の転写は、上記第1の情報層上に塗布した樹脂材料と上記スタンパ基板に塗布した樹脂材料とを共に半硬化させてから、または上記第1の情報層上に塗布した樹脂材料および上記スタンパ基板に塗布した樹脂材料のいずれか一方を半硬化させてから、または上記第1の情報層上に塗布した樹脂材料および上記スタンパ基板に塗布した樹脂材料のいずれか一方を半硬化させ、他方を硬化させてから、上記第1の情報層上に塗布した樹脂材料と上記スタンパ基板に塗布した樹脂材料とを貼り合わせ、上記スタンパ基板を剥離することによって行われたものであることを特徴とする光ディスク。 - 請求項17において、
上記スタンパ基板は、光透過性を有する材料からなり、上記樹脂材料は、紫外線硬化型樹脂であることを特徴とする光ディスク。 - 請求項17において、
上記スタンパ基板は、上記基板と同じ材料であることを特徴とする光ディスク。 - 請求項17において、
上記基板と上記スタンパ基板とは、略同じ厚みであることを特徴とする光ディスク。 - 請求項17において、
上記基板と上記スタンパ基板とは、2キャビティの射出成形機によって並行して成形されたものであることを特徴とする光ディスク。 - 請求項17において、
上記スタンパ基板の凹凸が形成された主面上に、防湿性に優れ、且つ上記樹脂材料との剥離性が良好な薄膜が形成されていることを特徴とする光ディスク。 - 請求項23において、
上記薄膜の材料は、窒化シリコンであることを特徴とする光ディスク。 - 請求項23において、
上記薄膜の材料は、上記第1の情報層または上記第2の情報層の形成に用いる膜材であることを特徴とする光ディスク。 - 請求項23において、
上記薄膜上に保護層が形成されていることを特徴とする光ディスク。 - 請求項26において、
上記薄膜上に形成された保護層上に印刷が施されていることを特徴とする光ディスク。 - 請求項17において、
上記光透過性を有する保護層上に光透過性を有するハードコート層が形成されていることを特徴とする光ディスク。 - 請求項17において、
上記中間層と上記第2の情報層との組が2つ以上形成されていることを特徴とする光ディスク。 - 請求項17において、
上記基板の他方の主面に上記スタンパ基板または他のスタンパ基板が複数枚貼り合わされていることを特徴とする光ディスク。
