Abstract
【解決手段】本保持器10は、窓孔13の円周方向で対向する両柱部12が幅方向に交互に屈曲された複数の屈曲部15a,15b,15cを備え、これら屈曲部に窓孔内に突出するころ止め部16a,16b,16cを備え、屈曲部が断面R形状とされて、その保持器厚み方向の先端部分が該先端に向けて細幅となる断面形状に構成され、かつ、該先端部分が塑性変形加工により窓孔内に突出した状態に延伸されて上記ころ止め部とされている。

Description
(1)図10(a)(b)は、図8(a)(b)のころ止め部成形工程の他の変形例を示す図である。図10(b)は図10(a)のF−F線に沿う断面図である。図10に示すころ止め部成形工程においては、上成形金型21の内周面21aに凸状平坦部21bが設けられている。この図10に示す下成形金型22と上成形金型21とにより、環状ブランク20の屈曲部15aの先端部分15a´を押圧し、窓孔13内に延伸させてころ止め部16aを成形する。この場合、下成形金型22には平坦部を設けず湾曲(断面R形状)した面状としておき、ころ止め部16aの成形後にワークをひっくり返し、別工程で再度上成形金型により反対側の屈曲部15b,15cにころ止め部16b,16cを設けてもよい。
(2)図11は、本発明の他の実施の形態に係るラジアルタイプの保持器10の窓孔近傍を拡大して示す図であり、この実施の形態の保持器10においては、窓孔13の円周方向で対向する両柱部12が保持器幅方向(軸方向)に交互に屈曲されてころPCDを保持器厚み方向に挟む複数の屈曲部15a,15b,15cを備え、各屈曲部15a,15b,15cに窓孔13内に突出するころ止め部16a,16b,16cを備え、各屈曲部15a,15b,15cそれぞれの保持器厚み方向(半径方向)の先端部分が該先端に向けて細幅形状(R形状)に構成され、かつ、該先端部分が塑性変形加工により窓孔内に突出した状態に延伸されてころ止め部16a,16b,16cとされたものである。

Claims (3)
- 窓孔の円周方向で対向する両柱部が保持器幅方向に交互に屈曲されてころPCDを保持器厚み方向に挟む複数の屈曲部を備え、この屈曲部に窓孔内に突出するころ止め部を備えたころ軸受用保持器において、上記屈曲部の保持器厚み方向の先端部分が該先端に向かう程細幅になる断面形状に構成され、かつ、該先端部分が塑性変形加工により窓孔内に突出した状態に延伸されて上記ころ止め部とされている、ことを特徴とするころ軸受用保持器。
- 上記屈曲部が断面R形状である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のころ軸受用保持器。
- 窓孔の円周方向で対向する両柱部が保持器幅方向に交互に屈曲されてころPCDを保持器厚み方向に挟む複数の屈曲部を備え、この屈曲部に窓孔内に突出するころ止め部を備えたころ軸受用保持器の製造方法において、
素材鋼板から環状ブランクを打ち抜くブランキング工程と、
打ち抜かれた環状ブランクを、該ブランク幅方向に屈曲しかつ断面R形状の複数の屈曲部を備えた屈曲形状に成形する屈曲部成形工程と、
屈曲形状に成形された環状ブランクに円周方向に複数の窓孔を打ち抜き成形する窓孔成形工程と、
窓孔の円周方向で対向する屈曲部のブランク厚み方向先端部分を窓孔に向けて塑性加工により延伸させて上記ころ止め部を成形するころ止め部成形工程と、
を具備したことを特徴とするころ軸受用保持器の製造方法。
