Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の二次電池モジュール100は,任意の間隔をおいて配列される複数の単位電池11を含む単位電池集合体13と;単位電池集合体13を内蔵するハウジング30と;ハウジング30に設置されて,ハウジング30内に流入した冷却媒体を複数の単位電池の間に案内する連通部材37と;を含むことを特徴とする。かかる構成により,ハウジング内に流入した冷却媒体が,連通部材37によって,複数の単位電池11の間に案内されるので,複数の単位電池11の間に冷却媒体を均一に流通させることができる。

まず,本発明の第1の実施形態にかかる二次電池モジュールについて説明する。図1は,本実施形態にかかる二次電池モジュールを示した斜視図であり,図2は,本実施形態にかかる二次電池モジュールを示した断面図である。

Claims (14)
- 任意の間隔をおいて配列される複数の単位電池を含む単位電池集合体と;
前記単位電池集合体を内蔵するハウジングと;
前記ハウジングに設置されて,前記ハウジング内に流入した冷却媒体を前記複数の単位電池の間に案内する連通部材と;
を含むことを特徴とする,二次電池モジュール。 - 前記単位電池集合体は,前記各単位電池の間に配置される隔壁を含み,
前記隔壁に前記冷却媒体が通過する流通路が形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記ハウジングは,分離結合可能な複数のサブハウジングを含み,
前記複数のサブハウジングのうちいずれか一つのサブハウジングに,前記単位電池の配列方向と平行な方向に前記冷却媒体が流入する流入口が形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1または2に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記ハウジングは,分離結合可能な複数のサブハウジングを含み,
前記複数のサブハウジングのうちいずれか一つのサブハウジングに,前記単位電池の配列方向と平行な方向に前記冷却媒体が流出する流出口が形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記連通部材は,前記複数の単位電池の間の空間に対応する間隔をおいて前記ハウジング内に設置される複数のガイダーを含むことを特徴とする,請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記複数のガイダーは,前記単位電池集合体の前記冷却媒体の流通方向の両側に,対をなすように配置されることを特徴とする,請求項5に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記ガイダーは,前記ハウジングに一体に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項5または6に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記連通部材は,前記複数の単位電池の間の空間と連通する複数のガイド流路が形成された本体を含むことを特徴とする,請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記複数のガイダーの間の間隔は,前記冷却媒体が前記ハウジングに流入する側から遠くなるほど次第に広くなることを特徴とする,請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 複数の前記単位電池がパッケージ部に装着されて単位電池グループを構成し,
前記単位電池集合体は,複数の前記単位電池グループが任意の間隔をおいて配列されて構成され,
前記連通部材は,前記冷却媒体を,前記複数の単位電池グループの間に案内することを特徴とする,請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記単位電池は角形を有することを特徴とする,請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記単位電池は円筒形を有することを特徴とする,請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却媒体は空気であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記二次電池モジュールはモータ駆動用であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
