Claims (8)
- 複数の単電池と、
前記複数の単電池を並設して収容したケースと、
個々の前記単電池毎に設けられ、前記単電池の端子が設けられた面に配設された絶縁部材と、
互いに隣接する前記単電池間に配設されたスペーサと
を備え、
前記絶縁部材は前記単電池の前記端子を覆う端子絶縁部を備え、
前記スペーサは、隣接する前記単電池の接続されない前記端子間に配置される絶縁壁を備え、
前記絶縁部材は前記スペーサの前記絶縁壁に取り付けられている、組電池。 - 前記絶縁壁に1対の係合孔を設け、
前記1対の係合孔の一方に、前記絶縁壁を挟んで対向する前記組電池の一方の前記絶縁部材に設けた係合突起を係合し、
前記1対の係合孔の他方に、前記絶縁壁を挟んで対向する前記組電池の他方の前記絶縁部材に設けた係合突起を係合した、請求項1に記載の組電池。 - 複数の単電池と、
前記複数の単電池を並設して収容したケースと、
個々の前記単電池毎に設けられ、前記単電池の端子が設けられた面に配設された絶縁部材と
を備え、
前記絶縁部材は、前記端子の上面の少なくとも一部を覆う端子絶縁部を有し、
前記端子絶縁部に、隣接する前記単電池の前記端子を接続するバスバーを臨む切欠きを設けたことを特徴とする、組電池。 - 複数の単電池と、
前記複数の単電池を並設して収容したケースと、
個々の前記単電池毎に設けられ、前記単電池の端子が設けられた面に配設された絶縁部材と
を備え、
前記絶縁部材は、前記各単電池の前記端子と接続されるハーネスを、前記各単電池の正負の前記端子間において固定する固定部を備えることを特徴とする、組電池。 - 前記絶縁部材は、隣接する前記絶縁部材同士が互いに係合する係合部を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記単電池と前記ケースの間に差し込まれる突出部を備える、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。
- 前記絶縁部材を覆う外蓋をさらに備える、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記単電池の前記端子間の面と対向し、かつ前記端子絶縁部が両端に設けられた基部を備える、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。
