Abstract
【解決手段】自動車の製造過程において移載手段5,6及び被移載手段3間で車体Bの受け渡しを行う際に,車体Bの左右のサイドシルBs,Bsの下部に形成された左右一対,前後2組のジャッキアップ・ブラケットJ,J;J,Jのそれぞれの前後方向一半部Jaを移載手段5,6で支承し,これらジャッキアップ・ブラケットJ,J;J,Jのそれぞれの前後方向他半部Jbを被移載手段3で支承する。

Claims (3)
- 自動車の製造過程において移載手段(5,6)及び被移載手段(3)間で車体(B)の受け渡しを行う際に,
車体(B)の左右のサイドシル(Bs,Bs)の下部に形成された左右一対,前後2組のジャッキアップ・ブラケット(J,J;J,J)のそれぞれの前後方向一半部(Ja,Ja;Ja,Ja)を移載手段(5,6)で支承し,これらジャッキアップ・ブラケット(J,J;J,J)のそれぞれの前後方向他半部(Jb,Jb;Jb,Jb)を被移載手段(3)で支承することを特徴とする,自動車車体移載方法。 - 自動車の製造過程において移載手段(5,6)及び被移載手段(3)間で車体(B)の受け渡しを行うための自動車車体移載装置において,
車体(B)の搬送方向に沿って移動する台車(13)に,車体(B)の左右のサイドシル(Bs,Bs)の下部に形成された左右一対,前後2組のジャッキアップ・ブラケット(J,J;J,J)のそれぞれの前後方向一半部(Ja,Ja;Ja,Ja)を支承し得る左右一対,前後2組の支持アーム(28,28;28,28)を,該一半部(Ja)を支承する使用位置(L)と,車体(B)内方へ後退した格納位置(K)との間を回動可能に,且つ昇降可能に取り付けて前記移載手段(5,6)を構成し,前記被移載手段を,これによって前記ジャッキアップ・ブラケット(J,J;J,J)のそれぞれの前後方向他半部(Jb,Jb;Jb,Jb)を支承し得るように左右一対,前後2組(3,3;3,3)配置したことを特徴とする,自動車車体移載装置。 - 請求項2記載の自動車車体移載装置において,
前記支持アーム(28,28;28,28)の前後間距離(S1)を調節可能にすると共に,前記被移載手段(3,3;3,3)の前後間距離(S2)を調節可能にしたことを特徴とする,自動車車体移載装置。
