Claims (10)
- 低温空気分離設備の構成要素を囲繞するための外被であって、外被基底面に対して直角に延在する複数の側壁を有し、前記基底面に対して直角方向の延在寸法によって外被の高さが画定され、各側壁が複数のパネルからなる金属板ジャケットで覆われているものにおいて、一つの側壁を構成する複数のパネル(1a、1b、2a、2b)同士の各接合箇所が外被高さ方向に関して全てほぼ同一間隔で相互に離間していることを特徴とする外被。
- 一つの側壁を構成する複数のパネル(1a、1b、2a、2b)同士の接合箇所が外被高さ方向に関して全て同一間隔で相互に離間していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外被。
- 一つの側壁を構成する複数のパネル(1a、2a)が外被高さ方向に関してそれぞれ同一の寸法を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の外被。
- 外被基底面が長方形であり、該基底面の輪郭によって外被の長さと幅が画定され、一つの側壁を構成する各パネル(1a、1b、2a、2b)がそれぞれ側壁全長又は全幅に亘って延在していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の外被。
- 外被高さ方向における個々のパネルの寸法が2〜4m、特に3mであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の外被。
- パネルがU形材(3、4)で構成された4周枠材を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の外被。
- 低温空気分解設備の構成区画を囲繞するための外被を外被基底面に対して直角に延在する複数の側壁によって組み立てるに際し、それぞれ被覆金属板(8)を張設した枠材(3、4)からなる複数のパネルによって側壁を形成し、各パネル(3、4)を位置決めして互いに結合することを特徴とする外被の組立方法。
- パネル同士をねじ止めすることにより支持結合を形成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも二つのパネル(14、15、16)からなるセグメントを予め組み立てておき、該セグメントの複数個を結合して側壁を組み立てることを特徴とする請求項7又は8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 側壁として組込む前にパネル又はセグメントに前記設備の構成要素又は付属追加構造部材(12、13)を組付けておくことを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
