Abstract
更に本発明は上記ポリマーを含んでいる、高い粘性係数を有する熱可逆性物理的ゲル、及び、その使用に関する。
更に本発明は上記ポリマーと上記ゲルの製造方法に関する。
Description
このようにして得られた熱感応性ポリマーにより24〜40℃の臨界溶液温度を有している水系組成物の配合が可能になる。しかしながら、粘度を大幅に変化させるためには、上記配合は初期の状態で極度に粘性が高くなるよう熱感応性ポリマーを15〜50%含んでいることが必須である。
少なくとも1つの末端においてウレア結合を介して有機基によって鎖が延長されたPEO−PPO−PEOポリオキシアルキレントリブロック型直鎖を少なくとも1つ含む鎖の両方を含む
ことを特徴とする、高い粘性係数を有する熱可逆性物理的ゲルを形成することができる水溶性熱感応性ポリマーを提供する。
が1であり、且つx がzとほぼ等しいのが好ましい。この直鎖の末端は、カルバメート結合及び/又はウレア結合によって有機基に結合している。

・図4は、実施例5で得られたゲルの粘度曲線を示すものである。
反応の化学量論のみが多少修正される点を除いて実施例1と同じように行う。8.0×10−3の4,4’−メチレンビスシクロヘキシル=ジイソシアネートを混合物中へ加える。
Claims (28)
- ポリ(エチレンオキシド)(PEO)のブロック及びポリ(プロピレンオキシド)(PPO)のブロックから構成され、PEO−PPO−PEOの形をとり、その少なくとも1つの末端においてカルバメート結合を介して有機基により延長されている熱感応性ポリオキシアルキレントリブロック型直鎖を少なくとも1つ含む鎖と、
少なくとも1つの末端においてウレア結合を介して有機基によって鎖が延長されたPEO−PPO−PEOポリオキシアルキレントリブロック型直鎖を少なくとも1つ含む鎖の両方を含む
ことを特徴とする、高い粘性係数を有する熱可逆性物理的ゲルを形成することができる水溶性熱感応性ポリマー。 - 2つの末端の両方がカルバメート結合又はウレア結合を介して有機基により延長されている熱感応性ポリオキシアルキレン型直鎖を、ポリマーの構造中に少なくとも1つ含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱感応性ポリマー。
- 前記有機基が、カルバメート基及び/又はウレア基を介して共に結合することができる前記基と酸部分を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項4記載の熱感応性ポリマー。
- 前記有機基が、カルバメート基又はウレア基を介して共に結合することができる前記基と三級アミン部分を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の熱感応性ポリマー。
- 前記有機基はモノヒドロキシル化ポリ(エチレンオキシド)型の鎖を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項4から6のいずれか1項に記載の熱感応性ポリマー。
- 前記有機基はアロファン酸エステル結合及び/又はビウレット結合を介して構成されている分枝を有することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の熱感応性ポリマー。
- 互いに結合している複数の熱感応性PEO−PPO−PEOポリオキシアルキレントリブロック型直鎖を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の熱感応性ポリマー。
- 25℃より高温においては高い粘性係数を有する熱可逆性物理的ゲルを形成することができ、溶液中において室温では低粘度の改良水溶性熱感応性ポリマー、特に請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のポリマーの合成方法であって、反応溶媒中に水がある状態で、少なくとも1つの末端水酸基を有する少なくとも1つのPEO−PPO−PEO熱感応性ポリオキシアルキレントリブロック型直鎖ポリマーPと、少なくとも1つのイソシアネート基を有する少なくとも1つの有機分子との反応により、カルバメート結合及びウレア結合を介して互いに結合させる反応を含む改良水溶性熱感応性ポリマーの合成方法。
- ターポリマーに対して0.1〜0.6質量%、好ましくは0.3〜0.6質量%の水の存在下で行うことを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーは少なくとも2つの末端水酸基を有することを特徴とする請求項10又は11記載の方法。
- 前記有機分子が2つのイソシアネート基を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つ、有利には2つの水酸基を持つ他の有機分子が少なくとも1つ存在する状態で前記反応を行うことを特徴とする請求項14又は15記載の方法。
- 前記他の有機分子が、少なくとも1つ、有利には2つのカルボン酸基を有することを特徴とする請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記他の有機分子は少なくとも1つの三級アミン基を含むことを特徴とする請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記他の分子がモノヒドロキシル化ポリ(エチレンオキシド)であることを特徴とする請求項16記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の熱感応性ポリマーの少なくとも1つ又は請求項10〜21のいずれか1項に記載の合成方法によって得られる熱感応性ポリマーの少なくとも1つの溶液から得られることを特徴とする熱可逆性ゲル。
- 前記熱可逆性ポリマーを1〜10重量%、好ましくは1〜5重量%含んでいることを特徴とする請求項22記載の熱可逆性ゲル。
- 0.05〜0.1質量%の架橋ポリ(カルボン酸)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項22記載の熱可逆性ゲル。
- 1〜2.5%の熱感応性ポリマーを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項24記載の熱可逆性ゲル。
- 請求項22〜25のいずれか1項に記載の熱可逆性ゲルを含んでいることを特徴とする、人体を処置することを目的とする医薬組成物又は非医薬組成物、特に化粧用組成物。
- 請求項22〜25のいずれか1項に記載の熱可逆性ゲルを含んでいることを特徴とする、人体の器官に挿入することができる補綴材。
- 請求項22〜25のいずれか1項に記載の熱可逆性ゲルを少なくとも一部に含んでいることを特徴とする塗料又は下塗用塗料。
