Abstract
Description

この電解質上に付着された陽極;および
この陽極に結合された陽極電流収集体
を包含する薄膜リチウムバッテリー。 - ポリイミド支持基板が、脱水されたポリイミド物質である請求項1に記載の薄膜リチウムバッテリー。
- ポリイミド支持基板が、ポリ(ピロメリトイミド−1,4−ジフェニルエーテル)物質である請求項1に記載の薄膜リチウムバッテリー。
- ポリイミド支持基板が、脱水されたポリイミド物質である請求項3に記載の薄膜リチウムバッテリー。
- ポリイミド支持基板と結晶化されたリチウム挿入化合物の陰極との間に位置するパッシベーション層をさらに包含する請求項1に記載の薄膜リチウムバッテリー。
- パッシベーション層がパリレン物質である請求項5に記載の薄膜リチウムバッテリー。
- パッシベーション層がリチウムリンオキシニトライド物質である請求項5に記載の薄膜リチウムバッテリー。
- ポリイミド支持基板;
このポリイミド支持基板上に付着されたパッシベーション層;
このパッシベーション層上に取り付けられた陰極電流収集体;
