Abstract
【解決手段】被覆する基体をリン酸カルシウムゲルの中に入れ、ゲルで被覆した基体を乾燥し、その後、基体に付着していないリン酸カルシウム粒子を取り除く。リン酸カルシウムを含有するSiO2コロイド状溶液の中に基体を入れ、混合物を絶えず動かし、溶媒を除去し、基体表面にコロイド状SiO2を濃縮することによって、リン酸カルシウム層を基体に施すこともできる。被覆された基体は、特に被覆された粒子に関しては、骨の代用材料として使用される。

Claims (14)
- リン酸カルシウムゲルに基体を導入し、
前記ゲルで被覆した前記基体を乾燥し、リン酸カルシウム粒子から分離する、
ことを特徴とする基体をリン酸カルシウム層で被覆する方法。 - リン酸カルシウム含有のコロイド状SiO2溶液に基体を導入し、
該混合物を連続的にかき混ぜ、
溶媒を除去し、そして、
基体表面にコロイド状SiO2を濃縮することによって、基体にリン酸カルシウム層を施す、
ことを特徴とする基体をリン酸カルシウム層で被覆する方法。 - 前記リン酸カルシウムゲルの濃度又は前記コロイド状溶液の濃度を変えることによって層の厚さを決定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。 - 基体上に存在する空気を減圧することによって取り除く、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 細孔を有する基体を使用する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記リン酸カルシウムゲルは、ブルッシャイト及び/もしくはモネタイト又はブルッシャイト及び/もしくはモネタイトとヒドロキシアパタイトとの混合物からなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記ゲルは、シリカゲルとリン酸カルシウムとの混合物からなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記コロイド状溶液は、ヒドロキシアパタイト及び/又はβ‐リン酸三カルシウムを含有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 - 前記リン酸カルシウムゲル又は前記コロイド状溶液は、骨誘導因子を含有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記リン酸カルシウムゲル又は前記コロイド状溶液は、薬剤を含有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 請求項1〜10に記載の方法によって被覆された基体。
- 前記基体は、生体適合性のある基体粒子からなる、
