Description
適当なリン酸カルシウム粉末をアルコキシシラン(R’nSi(OR)4−n)(例えばTEOS(テトラエトキシシラン、Si(OC2H5)4)の加水分解生成物の親水性コロイドに導入し、撹拌により均一に分散させる。次に、さらに撹拌しながら、所望の粒子径のチタニウム粉末もしくは細粒をこのコロイド状溶液に導入し、入念に撹拌した後、連続的にかき回しながら、蒸留による溶媒の慎重な蒸留除去を始める。被覆の完了は、流動可能になったチタニウム粒子及び基体表面に直接形成したクラックのない被膜によって特徴付けられる。最後に、被覆した基体を150℃まで数段階かけて熱処理する。
Claims (12)
- 細孔を有する基体にリン酸カルシウム層を被覆する方法であって、
リン酸カルシウムを含有するリン酸カルシウムゲルに前記基体を導入し、
前記基体上及び前記細孔内に存在する空気を減圧することによって取り除き、
前記基体と前記ゲルの混合物に通気し、
前記ゲルで被覆した前記基体を乾燥する、
ことを特徴とする基体をリン酸カルシウム層で被覆する方法。 - 細孔を有する基体にリン酸カルシウム層を被覆する方法であって、
リン酸カルシウム含有のSiO2ゲル又はコロイド状SiO2溶液に基体を導入し、
前記基体上及び前記細孔内に存在する空気を減圧することによって取り除き、
前記基体と前記ゲル又は前記溶液の混合物に通気し、
前記ゲル又は前記溶液で被覆した前記基体を乾燥する、
ことを特徴とする基体をリン酸カルシウム層で被覆する方法。 - 前記リン酸カルシウムゲルの濃度又は前記コロイド状溶液の濃度を変えることによって層の厚さを決定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。 - 前記リン酸カルシウムゲルは、ブルッシャイト及び/もしくはモネタイト又はブルッシャイト及び/もしくはモネタイトとヒドロキシアパタイトとの混合物からなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記ゲルは、シリカゲルとリン酸カルシウムとの混合物からなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記コロイド状溶液は、ヒドロキシアパタイト及び/又はβ‐リン酸三カルシウムを含有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 - 前記リン酸カルシウムゲル又は前記コロイド状溶液は、骨誘導因子を含有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記リン酸カルシウムゲル又は前記コロイド状溶液は、薬剤を含有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法によってリン酸カルシウム層で被覆された基体。
- 生体適合性のある基体粒子からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のリン酸カルシウム層で被覆された基体。
- 骨の代用物に適したものである、ことを特徴とする請求項9又は10のいずれか一項に記載のリン酸カルシウム層で被覆された基体。
- 骨にインプラントを固定するための使用に適したものである、ことを特徴とする請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載のリン酸カルシウム層で被覆された基体。
