- (1) 이온농도적이 1 내지 25mM2인 인산칼슘 이온용액을 승온 처리함으로써 고체기재 표면에 비정질 인산칼슘 과립을 형성시키는 단계, 및 (2) (1)에서 제조한 비정질 인산칼슘 과립을, 이온농도적이 1 내지 25mM2인 새로운 인산칼슘 이온용액과 반응시켜, 비정질 인산칼슘 과립 표면으로부터 수지상 비정질 돌기를 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는, 인산칼슘 과립 표면의 수지상(dendrite) 비정질 돌기의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, (1) 단계에서 승온 시작의 온도 범위는 0℃ 내지 30℃이고, 승온 마침의 온도 범위는 8℃ 내지 50℃이되, 최소 승온 온도가 5℃이상이고, (2) 단계에서 반응 온도는 0℃ 내지 50℃임을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.

- 수지상 비정질 돌기를 인산칼슘 결정 극초박막 제조에 있어 중간 물질로 사용함을 특징으로 하는, 두께 20nm 미만인 인산칼슘 결정 극초박막을 포함하는 고체 기재의 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 수지상 비정질 돌기는 비정질 인산칼슘 과립의 표면에서부터 생성된 것으로, 수지상 비정질 돌기는 표면결정의 모체로서 남겨두고, 수지상 비정질 돌기와 함께 생성된 비정질 인산칼슘 과립은 용해시켜 제거하는 단계를 포함하는, 두께 20nm 미만인 인산칼슘 결정 극초박막을 포함하는 고체 기재의 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 당해 비정질 인산칼슘 과립의 제거 단계가, 수지상 비정질 돌기와 함께 생성된 비정질 인산칼슘 과립을 이온농도적이 0.16 내지 1mM2인 새로운 인산칼슘 이온용액과 0℃ 내지 50℃에서 반응시킴을 포함하는, 두께 20nm 미만인 인산칼슘 결정 극초박막을 포함하는 고체 기재의 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 수지상 비정질 돌기를 이온농도적이 1 내지 64mM2인 새로운 인산칼슘 이온용액과 5℃ 내지 50℃에서 반응시켜 결정으로 변환시키고 증식시킴을 포함하는, 두께 20nm 미만인 인산칼슘 결정 극초박막을 포함하는 고체 기재의 제조 방법.
- 제16항 내지 제19항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 고체 기재가 소수성 폴리머, 소수성 동물 조직 또는 소수성 식물 조직인 제조 방법.
- (1) 이온농도적이 1 내지 25mM2인 인산칼슘 이온용액을 승온 처리함으로써 고체기재 표면에 비정질 인산칼슘 과립 및 수지상 비정질 돌기를 형성시키는 단계, 및 (2) (1)에서 제조한 비정질 인산칼슘 과립 및 수지상 비정질 돌기를, 이온농도적이 1 내지 64mM2인 새로운 인산칼슘 이온용액과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는, 두께 20nm 미만인 인산칼슘 결정 극초박막을 포함하는 고체기재의 제조 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, (1) 단계에서 승온 시작의 온도 범위는 0 내지 30℃이고, 승온 마침의 온도 범위는 8 내지 50℃이되, 최소 승온 온도가 5℃ 이상이고, (2) 단계의 반응 온도가 5 내지 50℃임을 특징으로 하는, 두께 20nm 미만인 인산칼슘 결정 극초박막을 포함하는 고체기재의 제조 방법.
- 제21항 또는 제22항에 있어서, 고체 기재가 금속, 유리 또는 세라믹이거나, 친수성 폴리머, 친수성 동물 조직 또는 친수성 식물 조직인 제조 방법.
- 제16항 내지 제19항, 제21항 또는 제22항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 제조된, 두께 20nm 미만인 인산칼슘 결정 극초박막을 포함하는 고체 기재.
