Description
Claims (12)
- 고체기재 표면에 형성시킨 비정질 인산칼슘 과립을 중간물질로 사용하여 제조한 두께 200nm 이하인 인산칼슘 결정 극초박막을 포함하는 재료.
- 제 1 항에서, 고체기재표면에 pH 6.8 ∼ 8.0 조건에서 인산칼슘 이온농도의 농도적이 2.25 ∼ 25 mM2인 인산칼슘 이온용액을 0 ∼ 30oC 에서 접촉시켜 8 ∼ 50 oC 까지 최소한 5 o C 이상 승온하여 비정질 인산칼슘 과립을 고체기재 표면에 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에서 제조한 비정질 인산칼슘 과립을 사용하여 인산칼슘 극초박막을 제조하는 단계가1) 고체기재 표면에 부착된 비정질 인산칼슘 과립 표면에서부터 고체기재 표면으로 수지상 비정질 돌기를 표면결정의 모체로서 형성시키는 단계;2) 고체기재 표면에 부착하여 생성된 표면결정의 모체를 남기고 비정질 인산칼슘 과립을 용해시켜 제거하는 단계;3) 고체기재 표면에 생성시킨 표면결정의 모체를 결정으로 변환시키고 증식시켜 두 께 200 nm 이하인 인산칼슘 결정으로 구성된 극초박막을 형성시키는 단계;인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제 3 항에서, 상기 1단계는 제 2항에서 제조한 비정질 인산칼슘 과립을 pH 6.8 ∼ 8.0 조건에서 인산칼슘 이온농도의 농도적이 4 ∼ 16 mM2인 인산칼슘 이온용액으로 5 ∼ 50 oC에서 반응시켜 비정질 인산칼슘 과립에서 고체기재 표면으로 수지상 비정질 돌기를 표면결정 형성의 모체로서 뻗어나오도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에서, 상기 2단계는 제 4 항에서 제조한 결정형성의 모체를 pH 6.8 ∼ 8.0 조건에서 인산칼슘 이온농도의 농도적이 0.16 ∼ 1 mM2인 인산칼슘 이온용액으로 5 ∼ 50 oC에서 반응시켜 표면결정의 모체를 남기고 비정질 인산칼슘 과립을 용해시켜제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에서, 상기 3단계는 제 5 항에서 남겨진 표면결정의 모체를 pH 6.8 ∼ 8.0 조건에서 인산칼슘 이온농도의 농도적이 1 ∼ 64 mM2인 인산칼슘 이온용액으로 5∼ 50 oC에서 반응시켜 결정으로 변환시키고 증식시켜 고체기재 표면에 인산칼슘 결정으로 구성된 두께 200 nm 이하인 극초박막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제 2 항에서 제조한 비정질 인산칼슘 과립의 크기가 20 nm 이하인 과립을 중간물질로하여 과립을 pH 6.8 ∼ 8.0 조건에서 인산칼슘 이온농도의 농도적이 1 ∼ 64 mM2인 인산칼슘 이온용액으로 5 ∼ 50 oC에서 처리하여 고체기재 표면에 인산칼슘 결정으로 구성된 두께 200 nm 이하인 극초박막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에서 상기 고체기재가 유기 폴리머, 금속, 세라믹, 유리, 동물 생체 조직 및 식물의 생체 조직에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 재료.
- 제 1항의 재료를 포함하는 생체재료.
- 제 1항의 재료를 포함하는 중금속 흡착재료
- 제 1항의 재료를 포함하는 탈취재료.
- 제 1항의 재료를 포함하는 미생물 흡착재료
