Abstract
【解決手段】 ECUは、各バッテリブロックの温度TBを検出するステップ(S100)と、検出された温度に基づいて、各モータの出力目標値VTを算出するステップ(S102)と、各モータに取付けられた速度センサのパルス信号を電圧に変換するF/V変換回路から送信された信号に基づいて、各モータ出力値Vを検出するステップ(S106)と、前回のDUTY指令値Dを読み出すステップ(S108)と、出力目標値VTと出力値Vとの偏差DV(DV=VT−V)を算出するステップ(S120)と、偏差DVに基づいて、DUTY指令補正値を各モータについて算出するステップ(S122)と、前回のDUTY指令値Dに、算出されたDUTY指令補正値を加算し、DUTY指令値Dを算出するステップ(S124)とを含むプログラムを実行する。

Description
図1を参照して、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る電源の冷却装置を搭載した車両について説明する。この車両は、モータジェネレータ100と、PCU(Power Control Unit)200と、バッテリブロック300、400、500と、ECU(Electronic Control Unit)600とを含む。なお、バッテリブロックの数は3つに限らず、複数であればいくつでもよい。また、バッテリの代わりにキャパシタ(コンデンサ)であってもよい。さらに、各バッテリブロックを構成する蓄電セルの総数は、同じであってもよく、異なっていてもよい。各バッテリブロックは、直列に接続されている。これらのバッテリブロックにより、電源が構成される。
図5を参照して、本発明の第2の実施の形態に係る電源の冷却装置について説明する。前述の第1の実施の形態においては、各モータの駆動電圧が各出力目標値に近づくように各モータを制御していたが、本実施の形態においては、相対的に温度が低いバッテリブロックの冷却を抑制する。温度センサは、各セルの温度を検出する。その他の構造については、前述の第1の実施の形態と同じである。それらについての機能も同じである。したがって、それらについての詳細な説明はここでは繰返さない。
図6を参照して、本発明の第3の実施の形態に係る電源の冷却装置について説明する。前述の第1の実施の形態においては、各モータの駆動電圧が各出力目標値に近づくように各モータを制御していたが、本実施の形態においては、相対的に温度が高いバッテリブロックをより冷却する。温度センサは、各セルの温度を検出する。その他の構造については、前述の第1の実施の形態と同じである。それらについての機能も同じである。したがって、それらについての詳細な説明はここでは繰返さない。
Claims (4)
- 複数の蓄電ブロックから構成される電源の冷却装置であって、
各前記蓄電ブロックに冷却媒体を供給するように、各前記蓄電ブロックに対応して設けられた複数の冷却ファンと、
各前記冷却ファンを駆動するモータと
各前記蓄電ブロックの温度を検出するための温度検出手段と、
前記検出された各蓄電ブロックの温度に基づいて、各前記モータの駆動電圧の目標値を算出するための算出手段と、
各前記モータの回転数を検出するための回転数検出手段と、
各前記モータの駆動電圧の算出値を、各前記検出された回転数に基づいて演算するための演算手段と、
各前記目標値と各前記算出値との偏差に基づいて、各前記モータを制御するための制御手段とを含む、電源の冷却装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記目標値と前記算出値との偏差が大きい場合は、小さい場合に比べて、前記モータの駆動電圧がより高くなるように、前記モータを制御するための手段を含む、請求項1に記載の電源の冷却装置。
- 前記冷却装置は、前記複数の蓄電ブロックのうち、他の蓄電ブロックに比べて温度が低い蓄電ブロックに対応して設けられたモータの駆動電圧を抑制するための手段をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の電源の冷却装置。
- 前記冷却装置は、前記複数の蓄電ブロックのうち、他の蓄電ブロックに比べて温度が高い蓄電ブロックに対応して設けられたモータの駆動電圧を増加するための手段をさらに含む、請求項1ないし3に記載の電源の冷却装置。
