Abstract
【解決手段】母線状継目がない円筒状部材110の内周面に刻設された複数の油溜まり用盲溝112が、複数の溝付け用突起HP1を先端外周面に備えるとともに複数の拡径用スリットHP2をピン長手方向に沿って設けた中空状ダイピンHPとこの中空状ダイピンHP内を抜き差しする拡径用センターピンEPとを用いて形成されている円筒状軸受部材100。

Description
このような円筒状軸受部材には、軸受面となる内周面とシャフト、ピン等との潤滑性を向上させるために、円筒状軸受部材の内周面にその軸方向と平行な潤滑油の油溜まりとなる有底の溝、要するに、油溜まり用盲溝が内側に多数形成されている。
すなわち、本請求項1に係る円筒状軸受部材は、母線状継目がない円筒状部材の内周面に油溜まり用盲溝が中空状ダイピンと拡径用センターピンとを用いて形成されているので、油溜まり用盲溝が円筒状部材の内周面のみに開口して対向状態となっているから、シャフト、ピン等を挿入して滑り軸受として使用した場合、油溜まり用盲溝に注入された潤滑油が長時間の使用によっても円筒状部材の端部から流出することなく保持されて、良好な潤滑性能を維持することができる。
この実施例で用いる溝付け用工具は、図11に示すような拡径用センターピンEPと中空状ダイピンHPからなり、拡径用センターピンEPは、中空状ダイピンHPの内径よりも大きな外径を有し、該内径と同径またはこれよりも小さな外径を有する支持部材EP1とを同心状に一体的に備え、図9(b)で示すような、複数の溝付け用突起HP1を先端外周面に備えるとともに複数の拡径用スリットHP2をピン長手方向に沿って設けた中空状ダイピンHPに、支持部材EP1を挿入して配置している。

Claims (3)
- 母線状継目がない円筒状部材の内周面に刻設された複数の油溜まり用盲溝が、複数の溝付け用突起を先端外周面に備えるとともに複数の拡径用スリットをピン長手方向に沿って設けた中空状ダイピンと該中空状ダイピン内を抜き差しする拡径用センターピンとを用いて形成されていることを特徴とする円筒状軸受部材。
- 母線状継目がない円筒状部材の一端部に、複数の溝付け用突起を先端外周面に備えるとともに複数の拡径用スリットをピン長手方向に沿って設けた中空状ダイピンを差し込みながら、前記中空状ダイピン内に拡径用センターピンを押し込んで中空状ダイピンを拡径させた状態で前記溝付け用突起を円筒状部材に対して相対的に摺動させ、次いで、前記円筒状部材から拡径用センターピン、中空状ダイピンの順に円筒状部材に対して相対的に抜き取ることにより、円筒状部材の内周面に複数の油溜まり用盲溝を刻設することを特徴とする円筒状軸受部材の製造方法。
- 母線状継目がなく、底付きの円筒状部材の一端部に、複数の溝付け用突起を先端外周面に備えるとともに複数の拡径用スリットをピン長手方向に沿って設けた中空状ダイピンを差し込みながら、前記中空状ダイピン内に拡径用センターピンを押し込んで中空状ダイピンを拡径させた状態で前記溝付け用突起を円筒状部材に対して相対的に摺動させ、次いで、前記円筒状部材から拡径用センターピンおよび中空状ダイピンを円筒状部材に対して相対的に抜き取り、その後、底抜きすることにより、円筒状部材の内周面に複数の油溜まり用盲溝を刻設することを特徴とする円筒状軸受部材の製造方法。
