Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の封止用ガラスは、金属製二重容器に設けられた排気口を真空封止するために用いられるSnO−P2O5系ガラスからなる封止用ガラスであって、5.0×10-7Torr、500℃の環境に30分間保持した時に発生するガスの量が、0℃、1atmに換算して150μL/g以下であることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 金属製二重容器に設けられた排気口を真空封止するために用いられるSnO−P2O5系ガラスからなる封止用ガラスであって、5.0×10-7Torr、500℃の環境に30分間保持した時に発生するガスの量が、0℃、1atmに換算して150μL/g以下であることを特徴とする封止用ガラス。
- モル%表示でSnO 30〜70%、P2O5 20〜45%、ZnO 0〜20%、MgO 0〜20%、Al2O3 0〜10% 、SiO2 0〜15%、B2O3 0〜30%、R2O(RはLi、Na、K、Cs) 0〜20%の組成からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封止用ガラス。
- 直方体、円柱、球、楕円球、半球、または卵型の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の封止用ガラス。
