Abstract
長期にわたる連続製造を行っても、外観良好なフレキシブル金属箔積層体を安定的に形成することができるダブルベルトプレス装置などを提供すること。
【解決手段】
ダブルベルトプレス装置に、300℃条件下での0.2%耐力が1100N/mm2以上であるエンドレスベルトを装着する。これにより、エンドレスベルトの耐久力が増し、エンドレスベルトの表面平滑性が確保できるため、製品に傷が転写しない。そのため、外観良好なフレキシブル金属箔積層体を連続的に製造できる。

Claims (6)
- 上下一対に配置されたエンドレスベルト間に複数のシート材料を連続的に送り込み、前記エンドレスベルトのそれぞれの内側領域に配置された熱圧着装置によって、前記エンドレスベルトを介して前記シート材料を熱圧着して積層体を形成するダブルベルトプレス装置において、300℃条件下での0.2%耐力が1100N/mm2以上であるエンドレスベルトを装着したダブルベルトプレス装置。
- 前記熱圧着装置が、液圧方式又はロール圧方式の熱圧着装置であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダブルベルト装置。
- 前記エンドレスベルトは、析出硬化型ステンレス鋼ベルトであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のダブルベルトプレス装置。
- 前記エンドレスベルトは、チタンを少なくとも含有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のダブルベルトプレス装置。
- 300℃条件下での0.2%耐力が1100N/mm2以上であるエンドレスベルトを装着したダブルベルトプレス装置を用いて、積層体を製造する方法。
- 前記積層体は、高耐熱性ポリイミドフィルムの少なくとも一方の表面に金属箔が熱圧着されたフレキシブル金属積層体であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の製造方法。
