Abstract
【解決手段】 断熱箱体内に構成された貯蔵室の下方に機械室を構成して成るものであって、冷却箱内に構成された冷却室内に収納された冷却器及び送風機と、圧縮機と、凝縮器等が設けられて一体化された冷却ユニットと、機械室の天井となる断熱箱体の底壁に形成され、貯蔵室内と機械室内とを連通する冷気吐出口及び冷気吸込口とを備え、圧縮機、凝縮器等を取付台上に設置すると共に、冷却箱は上下位置移動可能に取付台上に設け、冷却箱のみを底壁方向に押し上げるようにした。

Claims (5)
- 断熱箱体内に構成された貯蔵室の下方に機械室を構成して成る冷却貯蔵庫において、
冷却箱内に構成された冷却室内に収納された冷却器及び送風機と、圧縮機と、凝縮器等が設けられて一体化された冷却ユニットと、
前記機械室の天井となる前記断熱箱体の底壁に形成され、前記貯蔵室内と機械室内とを連通する冷気吐出口及び冷気吸込口とを備え、
前記圧縮機、凝縮器等を取付台上に設置すると共に、前記冷却箱は上下位置移動可能に前記取付台上に設け、前記冷却箱のみを前記底壁方向に押し上げるようにしたことを特徴とする冷却貯蔵庫。 - 前記冷却箱の両側上部にそれぞれ設けられた一対の吊下レールと、
前記冷気吐出口及び冷気吸込口の両側に位置する前記断熱箱体の底壁に設けられた一対の支持レールとを備え、
前記吊下レールが前記支持レール上に支持された状態で、前記冷却室の吐出側及び吸込側は前記冷気吐出口及び冷気吸込口下側にそれぞれ対応すると共に、その状態で前記冷却箱のみを前記底壁方向に押し上げる押上機構を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1の冷却貯蔵庫。 - 前記断熱箱体は内箱と外箱と両箱間に充填された断熱材等から構成されると共に、当該断熱箱体の底壁を構成する前記内箱及び外箱の底面にそれぞれ開口を形成し、両開口間に渡って前記冷気吐出口及び冷気吸込口を構成するための通路部材を前記断熱材内に設け、該通路部材の上端を前記内箱底面の開口縁に形成された下向きのフランジの前記断熱材側に当接させ、前記通路部材の下端を前記外箱底面の開口縁に形成された上向きのフランジの非断熱材側に当接させたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2の冷却貯蔵庫。
- 前記通路部材の下端を前記上向きのフランジに上から被せたことを特徴とする請求項3の冷却貯蔵庫。
- 前記冷却箱に形成した排水口と、前記冷却器の下側に配設した簀の子板とを備え、
該簀の子板は、前記送風機による通風の風上側に所定の通水部を有した障壁を備えることを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4の冷却貯蔵庫。
