Abstract
【効果】簡単かつ安価な形式で、燃料噴射弁の体積及び重量をさらに減少させることができ、1つのスリーブ状の構成部材だけで多くの機能を満たすことができる。

Claims (10)
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射装置のための燃料噴射弁であって、弁縦軸線(10)と弁閉鎖体(30)とが設けられており、該弁閉鎖体(30)が、弁縦軸線(10)に沿って軸方向で可動な弁ニードル(28)の一部であって、弁座体(25)に設けられた弁座(35)と協働するようになっており、また軸方向に延びる薄壁状の非磁性のスリーブ(12)が設けられていて、該スリーブ(12)内で弁ニードル(28)が軸方向で移動するようになっており、この場合、弁座体(25)が半径方向でスリーブ(12)によって取り囲まれている形式のものにおいて、
アクチュエータとして少なくとも1つの磁石コイル(1)を備えた電磁回路が設けられており、前記スリーブ(12)は、このスリーブ(12)が磁石コイル(1)によって周方向で取り囲まれている程度の軸方向長さで構成されていることを特徴とする、燃料噴射弁。 - 電磁回路が外側の磁気的なガイド部材(5,70)と内側のコア(2)とを有しており、内側のコア(2)が少なくとも部分的にスリーブ(12)内に突入していて、外側の磁気的なガイド部材(5,70)が半径方向でスリーブ(12)の外側に配置されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
- スリーブ(12)が、燃料噴射弁の軸方向長さの半分に相当する軸方向長さを有している、請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射弁。
- スリーブ(12)が金属薄板深絞り加工部分である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 弁座体(25)がスリーブ(12)内に押し込まれていて、底部区分(20)にも、また軸方向に延びる下側のスリーブ区分(18)にも当接している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- スリーブ(12)の、軸方向に延びる壁部に少なくとも1つの流入開口(59)が設けられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- スリーブ(12)がその軸方向の長さに亙って段付けされており、これらの各段によって、下流方向で、スリーブ(12)の内側の貫通孔(21)の直径が減少されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- スリーブ(12)が燃料噴射弁の軸方向の全長に亙って延びている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- スリーブ(12)がその軸方向のスリーブ区分(14,18)において少なくとも部分的に弁ケーシングによって取り囲まれている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 弁ケーシングがプラスチック射出成形部(55)として構成されている、請求項9記載の燃料噴射弁。
