Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.噴射弁、特に内燃機関の燃料噴射装置のための燃料噴射弁であって、運動可 能な弁ニードルと、弁座体とを備えており、該弁座体は、管状弁座支持体の、弁 長手方同軸線に対し同心的に延びている長手方向開口部内に配置されていると共 に、弁ニードルと協動している弁座面を有しており、また少くとも1つの噴射開 口部を有して弁座体の下流に配置されている孔付き体が設けられている形式のも のにおいて、孔付き体(22)が、その弁座体(18)に向い合う端面(20) においては弁座体(18)の端面(19)に、またその外周部においては弁座支 持体(1)の長手方向開口部(3)の壁部に、夫々不動に結合されていることを 特徴とする噴射弁。 2.噴射弁であって、環状の保持縁部を有してコップ状に形成された孔付き体を 備えている形式のものにおいて、孔付き体(22)の保持縁部(23)が、軸方 向で弁座体(18)から離反して延びており、また保持縁部(23)の自由端部 が、弁座支持体(1)の長手方向開口部(3)の壁部に不動に結合されているこ とを特徴とする、請求項1記載の噴射弁3.孔付き体(22)の保持縁部(23 )は、その終端部(26)に向って外方に折れ曲げられており、かつその終端部 (26)において弁座支持体(1)の長手方向開口部(13)の直径よりもより 大きな直径を有していることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の噴射弁。 4.弁座体(18)の外周部は、弁座支持体(1)の長手方向開口部(3)の直 径よりもより小さな直径を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までの いづれか1項記載の噴射弁。 5.孔付き体(22)は、その端面(20)においては環状の第1溶接シーム( 24)によって弁座体(18)の端面(19)に、またその外周部においては環 状の第2溶接シーム(30)によって弁座支持体(1)の長手方向開口部(3) に夫々液密に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいづれか 1項記載の噴射弁。 6.第1溶接シーム(24)及び又は第2溶接シーム(30)が、レーザ溶接に よって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の噴射弁。 7.弁長手方向軸線に同心的に延びている長手方向開口部を有しかつその内部に 運動可能な弁ニードルが挿入されている管状の弁座支持体と、弁ニードルと協働 する弁座面を有している弁座体と、少くとも1つの噴射開口部、弁座体に当接し ている底方部分及び環状の保持縁部を有しているコップ状の孔付き体と、を備え ている噴射弁、特に内燃機関の燃料噴射装置のための燃料噴射弁を製作するため の方法であって、第1方法ステップにおいて、その外周面が弁座支持体(1)の 長手方向開口部(3)よりも小さな直径を有している弁座体(18)を、第1溶 接シーム(24)によって孔付き体(22)の底方部分(21)に結合せしめ、 その際孔付き体(22)の、弁座体(18)から離反して外方に折れ曲っている 保持縁部(23)は、その自由端部において弁座支持体(1)の長手方向開口部 (3)の直径よりもより大きな直径を有しており、また第2方法ステップにおい て、弁座体(18)及び孔付き体(22)から成っている弁座部分を、弁ニード ル(5)のストロークの前調節のために弁座支持体(1)の長手方向開口部分( 3)内に挿入し、第3方法ステップにおいて孔付き体(22)を、その保持縁部 (23)の終端部に(26)において第2溶接シーム(30)により弁座支持体 (1)の長手方向開口部(3)の壁部に不動に結合せしめ、第4方法ステップに おいて、噴射弁の定常的な開放状態中に放出される静力学的な媒体実際量を測定 して、所望の所定媒体目標量と比較し、また第5方法ステップにおいて、弁ニー ドルのストロークを正確に調整するため、測定された媒体実際量が所定の媒体目 標量に一致するまで孔付き体(22)を第1溶接シーム(24)と第2溶接シー ム(30)との間の領域で軸方向に変形せしめることを特徴とする、噴射弁を製 作するための方法。 8.第1溶接シーム(24)及び第2溶接シーム(30)を環状にかつ被密に形 成することを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。 9.第1溶接シーム(24)及び又は第2溶接シーム(30)をレーザ溶接によ って形成することを特徴とする、請求項7又は8記載の方法。
